Hotels in this town are not cheep especially with film festival happening. This hotel was reasonably price (180 euros) but rooms are quite small. Service is friendly, rooms dark for good sleep but no view. Great location, 10 min walk to everything. A one star hotel but still quite nice and a great value.

A fine hotel in a fine location, only a short walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the old town. Car parking was close by in an underground car park as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room size was adequate.

The location was great, the rooms are small. Night and day staff not always in synch- told night of arrival extra towels available at desk for beach, next morning told flatly No! Rooms were clean but sparce. Generally older.

Hotels in city are all very expensive. This one is no exception. Room was small with comfortable beds. Window overlooked a tiny air shaft/courtyard. No view, but very quiet. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

Stayed one night. We arrived early but was allowed to check in as the room had just been cleaned. The room was comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. Breakfast was basic but you're not in San Sebastian to enjoy hotel breakfast.

Starting with the bad: room very simple - felt like an older motel, and unfortunately smelled quite off putting (the humidity didn't help!) however there was aircon that worked Now the good: staff at the desk terrific, very helpful and enthusiastic! Location AMAZING - very close to la concha beach (maybe a minute or two walk!!) and walking distance from...

We stayed here for 3 nights in late august. We'd asked for a double room with a "view" but they e-mailed before our arrival saying they only had a twin with a view - that was fine by us. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and we were given a map of the town and advice on where to go....

Strongly negative experience for two reasons. First, large trash bins were located below our room (described as "last room available"). Odors discouraged us from opening room window. Bins are collected, noisily, at 7:00am. Second, hotel had some sort of exterior work done while we were at the hotel. Machinery was set up and in operation, noisily, outside our room starting...

Dear Sir/Madam, We need to inform you that there was a particularly urgent breakdown to be sorted in an adjacent appartment during your stay. The required reparations took 3 hours to be done. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenients caused by this works that were totally external from the hotel. Concerning your complaint about the rubbish bins, the few...

The location is fantastic, Concha beach is a minute's walk and the old town 5 mins. The staff were very pleasant indeed and Eva deserves a special mention as nothing was too much trouble from the minute we booked our room emailing to ask what our preference would be to recommending and booking restaurants. I'm reluctantly only giving this hotel...

This is a one-star hotel, so that is what to expect. But we found it perfectly adequate, very clean, and in a really very good position. Small room, slightly overpowering smell of lemon air freshener on arrival, but soon remedied by air con and open windows. Bathroom fittings showing their age, but everything here and in the bedroom itself perfectly...
