Detailed Reviews
It's a small and cozy gem of agroturismo with a lovely pool area and super friendly staff (special mention to Charo and the young Indian gentleman in charged of the breakfast). Anais, the owner/manager is very responsive too.
The rooms are decorated with a rather simple yet tasteful touch. The location is ideal, right in the centre of the island, making it very easy to reach nearly all beaches and coves of Ibiza.
This is my third time in the property and have no desire to stay anywhere else in the future.

We had the adorable "small room". It was very nicely decorated, very clean, very comfortable. The manager is absolutely fantastic, very service and customer oriented. The places (terraces, pool, breakfast terrace) are very nice. On the side of the pool, there is a fridge with all sorts of drinks. And there are beds sooo comfortable. It is a a hidden gem in the crowded island of Ibiza. A peaceful place to relax, to enjoy the nature.
On top of that, the breakfast is fantastic, fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, lots of choice (and quantity!). The place to be, definitely. Thanks to the Can Cosmi Prats team for all!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our Ibiza holiday because of Corona and the code orange warning from the Netherlands. We had an agreement in writing with Anais from Can Cosmi Prats for a free cancellation period in 10 days instead of 14. I believe the only reason they agreed is that we would not cancel within the 14 days and they could take the money from our creditcard. Because that’s what they did... They even took a higher amount than we were initially supposted to pay! No words for this. They are not responding...
I am truly sorry for the Corona situation in general and the effect on accomodations like Can Cosmi Prats. But this is rude! Please be careful giving your creditcard information to the hotel!

We are truly sorry that you did not have a good experience with us.Yes,we did agreed on giving you elongated term for cost free cancellation due to corona if the goverment doesn't allow you to travel to Ibiza or the airlines company doesn't work, but we still have people coming from Netherland to Ibiza and still we are waiting you to cancel the booking before even claiming for a refund.Still we have two rooms booked under your name.We were talking about all of this over the phone the day you were emailing us. Inge Kenter and Susanne Van der Meer you two have still the reservation confirm under your name.We don't understand why are you asking for refund and saying things which are not true.We did not take the full amount still you have pending 174€ (you blocked your card) I recomend you to read the cancellation policy before you book or else contact booking.com you made reservation through them. Please be careful with giving your creditcard information to this hotel! The owner agreed to give me a elongated term for cost free cancellation due to corona. When we cancelled within this term because of corona she quickly took the full amount out of my creditcard. Now she is not responding to any of my emails and calls.

We made a reservation for the stay of one week, we had to pay in advance. Due to personal reasons we had to cancel our stay (cancellation made in July). This was within the cancellation period (so 100% refund). However, we haven't received our money back. When I try to call them, they hang up the phone.

Felt RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED by the hosts.. the worst hosts ever as they try to act helpful Nd then BLAME you for asking questions later. We were charged extra for laundry 30 euros for 10 pieces of undergarments and handful of tees without our knowledge. DID I MENTION WE WERE ASKED TO LEAVE AT THE END AFTWR PAYING VERY RUDELY.. No sense of HOSPITALITY which is so sad as the place is amazingly beautiful and charming. I hope it was better managed by some professional company who could do justice to it. SHE HAS CANCELLED OUR BOOKING FROM AGIDA/BOOKIN.COM so do not go by 9.Xxx review as she is a smart SCAMMSTER

When I checked into Agroturismo Can Cosmi Prats, I didn't realize the next 3 days of my 'holiday' were going to be spent walking on eggshells.
My husband and I were traveling around Spain this month and decided to stay at Agroturismo Can Cosmi Prats property in Ibiza for a relaxing getaway. We had already visited a couple of cities prior to this and were looking forward to a relaxing holiday where we could unwind and we had also accumulated quite a bit of dirty laundry while traveling which we hoped to get washed while we were here.
Our host, and the owner of this hotel, Anais was most definitely the rudest women I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. Everything my husband and I did or requested seemed to rub her the wrong way. I would understand if we were asking her to bend over backwards for us but we simply asked for things which should be taken for granted at a hotel or similar property. I never thought wanting our room cleaned would be asking too much, or that it would be such a hassle for someone to give us straight answers as to how much it would cost to get our clothes washed, or it would be such a pain for a HOTEL to come and change my flickering bathroom light bulb! Alas, I was wrong. It was way too much as to ask, apparently.
My husband asked Anais repeatedly to tell him how much it would cost to get our laundry sorted and she repeatedly assured him 'it would not be that much' at the end we got smacked with a 30 euro handwritten note on our receipt, when my husband had expressed he would rather her not to do the laundry if it was going exceed 20 euros she insisted that it would be fine and that we shouldn't worry. She simply wouldn't give us a straight answer or return our laundry. (Mind you, it was a handful of T-shirts and undergarments).
On the second day of our trip, my husband's back was out and we decided to sleep in and lounge in our room until around 3:30pm. At which point we left our room, and informed housekeeping that they could come and clean since we were leaving. The next day we left earlier, around 2:30 pm and left our room keys in the box assuming we would come back to a clean room and a changed light bulb. We arrived back at our room around 11:00pm to find that the room was dirty as we left it and our bathroom still seemed like a disco because the flickering light bulb had not been replaced.
When we went to go inquire that night, we were met with a gentleman (assuming the second owner), who basically judged us for being in our room till 3:30pm the previous day and that's why our room wasn't cleaned that day. He went on to insist that housekeeping has timings (which is fine, if could have let us know, instead of being judgmental with your guests).
The next morning when we were checking out we approached Anais and informed her that our room was not cleaned as well found that she hand wrote the price of our laundry on our checkout receipt. She started getting upset with us and basically attacked us for being in our room til 4pm the previous day and told us she just assumed we were in our room til 4pm yesterday so they did not bother cleaning it. Again, we had no information as to when the housekeeping staff was at the property til.
My husband then very nicely asked her about the handwritten laundry charge and reminded her what she said a couple of nights before. She basically denied it and told us to pay and 'Just leave!' She was speaking rudely and very loudly with us telling us to "get out" in front of other hotel guests. We paid 200 euros a night to be mistreated at a hotel with the worst hostess known to mankind.
I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. She proceeded to 'cancel' our reservation in her system so we would not be able to write her a review through our booking provider, Agoda. She told us 'go write negative reviews, I don't care'
Aside from her horrible demeanor, the actual property and staff were amazing, including the in house masseuse, Katherine and housekeeping. Anais seemed to have a huge chip on her shoulder and although I don't like to play the race card, but I really feel this woman was a huge bigot.
This property is only to be considered if you are looking for a sub par and inhospitable experience. I would never go back here and do not recommend it one bit!

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the property and Anais and the team have consistently exceeded my expectations. It offers great value for money, combining a great property, great location and excellent service. I’ve stayed in 3 separate rooms and they’ve all been appointed to the same high standard of design and cleanliness.
Anais and team have always been extremely accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Headlines
-Big Breakfast to set you up for the day
-Well appointed, immaculate rooms and public areas
-Friendly and helpful team
-Located centrally on the island and close to San Rafael and Santa Gertrudis where you can find some great eateries. Also you can be practically anywhere on the island in 30 mins.
Ibiza, aside from the two bigger noisier towns, is a charming island with small independent shops, restaurants and Agroturismo’s. These are mostly small family operated businesses - this is why I come to Ibiza; to escape the corporate feel, robotic service and the people that desire that environment.

Good base to visit Ibiza if you're looking for a central location with a car to see whole island. The breakfast is good, although a little late at 8:30, no earlier, for a la carte. The check out is oddly as requested by manager, not guest (12pm) - not before. Unfortunately, there was a very bad smell in our room which prevented sleep, and sadly there were items added to our bill which were not consumed. Super friendly breakfast and cleaning staff. Lovely other guests - quiet and peaceful - more b&b than hotel. Cute but expensive for what it is. Rates fluctuate massively in Ibiza through the seasons, so for 100 Euros, this would have been lovely, for 280 Euros, it was a high season choice. Thank you.
