Few minutes after arriving at the lovely hotel a fire broke out, and all guests were evacuated. The staff acted very professionally, and even the owner was there quickly and took action. The owner reserved rooms at another hotel and taxis were booked. Thanks for a professional and empathic effort. We hope that the hotel is back in operation soon, and we look forward to staying there next time, we visit Palma.

They make you feel very welcome with service at the highest level in a beautiful hotel with roof terrace and in quiet neighborhood but close to the old town and harbor. The breakfast is a must have, you will not regret it! Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms are impressive and luxurious.

This is a quaint hotel on a narrow street within walking distance to shops, restaurants, attractions, and the waterfront. The very helpful front desk staff aimed to please at every turn. They helped us with taxi service (a few times), dinner reservations, beach towels, spa usage, and keeping our coffee stocked. The spa was small, yet relaxing. The whirlpool had room for 2-3 people and you had to continually push the button to activate the jets. The sauna and Turkish bath were amazing and the heated lounge chairs-sooo relaxing! Everything was clean and well stocked in the spa. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck to soak in the views of the convent, the cathedral, and the bay. It was the best spot for a nightcap or an early morning espresso. The room itself looked just like the room in the TripAdvisor ad. The A/C was cold. We froze under the sheets and had to use the bathrobes to keep warm. The bathroom had glass walls and a glass door which allowed for very little privacy. We travelled with family who had a different room and a door on their bathroom. If a solid bathroom door is something you require, you may want to request it. Also, the shower water soaked out bathroom floor no matter what we did to try to prevent it. The breakfast buffet was filled with fresh offerings each day. We tried something new each day but always had a cappuccino with it. I would recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed ourselves so much last year that whilst we were there we booked for the following year! We recognised the staff members, who were their previous friendly and helpful selves. Last year we had a room at the back of the hotel. This time we had a room at the front, with a Juliette balcony overlooking the street. The hotel appeared full (which is always a good sign). Rooms were spotless. Breakfast is like nothing I’ve really seen elsewhere - amazing. Spotless rooms and communal areas.

Very nice hotel close to the Cathedral and the waterfront. Located on a narrow street, but accessible by Taxi, it is a short walk to many of old town Palma sights, shops and restaraunts. Hotel rooms have modern furniture and amenities mixed with old stone walls. Our room had a balcony and a pull out couch for our daughter. We didn't partake in any of the spa features and the rooftop patio had a nice view, but it was very hot when we were there. Hotel staff very helpful and arranged transportation to the airport for us at the end of our stay.

When we arrived and checked in at the hotel the receptionist had a nonchalant attitude. He looked like and behaved as he couldn’t care less. The aircondition was loud and was directed straight towards the bed. Therefore we had to turn it off, otherwise we couldn’t sleep. Hence it became to warm to sleep. Rather early in the morning, at 8.30, someone started to make a very loud noise, as if someone hammered in steel. Later we found out that it was a Plummer that was working with the drain in another room in the hotel. Also the sheet/bed didn’t smell well, like it wasn’t fresh, nor the towels. I can’t recommend anyone to stay here, especially not at this price.

Well.. the room looked very nice. We did the city and went back had a lovely drink at the top floor with gorgeous view of the harbor and all the rooftops around. Went to bed and the bed linen smelled like the been used in the gym. The towels smelled bad. The AC is good to have during summer, but when it’s started it was like a fan blowing hard towards the bed, and a very noisy one as well! The room was close to the reception and the door to the room does no keep out any noice , rooms above is easy to hear from, oh almost forgot … Saturday morning is a good thing to hire a carpenter to fix things with a hammer at the hotel. ……WHY!!!! So when thinking back on the arrogant male receptionist meeting us to check in we were foolish to think we meet the lowest level, no no… (the receptionist later on had an understanding of what service is). When complaining when checking out in a very polite way the same arrogant receptionist looked like he did not know what we where talking about. Never will come back And, please, don’t use room 001, even if it’s for free!

The staff was very friendly, room was really ok (apart from the ants in the bathroom), really good location (just 5min walk to the cathedral) and cute roof terrace. Unfortunately my room was really close to the elevator and the breakfast room, so I was woken up everytime someone got home during the night and as soon as the started to prepare breakfast in the morning (about 6:30)

Fantastic hotel in a great location - the hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. The room was lovely and comfortable, we had one on the front and it was good and quiet. The staff were really helpful and friendly, breakfast was scrummy with the best selection we have ever had. To cap it all, they have a great rooftop terrace with superb views, with a local Mallorcan beer in hand it was very romantic to watch the sun go down. .........and the monkeys? Well, look at the light fittings in the stairwell :)

This small boutique hotel hidden away in the old town of Palma is amazing! If you are looking for a hotel that exudes character at every corner this is it! Roof top terrace overlooking the Cathedral is a must whilst sipping a drink from the bar. The Spa is free to use anytime. And as for the people who manage this hotel…they deserve a gold star for service and personality! Don’t miss it!!
