We enjoyed 4 pleasant days in City Center not far from Plaza Major and all shopping ventures that Palma has to offer. The hotel services, staff, reception management, room with balcony, bathroom, beds were great. Whatever you want to undertake, everything is within walking distance. Trying to get there by car is not a good idea.

A great team looked after us on our 5 night stay. We had a comfy quiet room on 3rd floor with a good shower. Right on the doorstep for exploring Palma. Started every day with a great breakfast selection, and on returning in the late evening we would be greeted like long-lost friends by Nabil on front of house. In his absence we had charming care from Natalie and Irene too. Laura who cleaned our room was smiling every morning on her rounds. The rooftop terrace had lovely views but it was the wrong time of year to enjoy a drink outside, likewise with the pretty courtyard area, an oasis of calm in warmer weather I imagine. During our visit, Storm Juliette hit Majorca. The huge rainstorms found some gaps in the roof of the hotel, a historic nunnery which is what makes it so charming, but the hotel team were brilliant at sorting out the leak in our room. We were offered an upgrade to a new room… but it says a lot about how happy we were with our room, that we didn’t mind putting up with the towels and bucket in the corner!! Anyway, I don’t think you could not enjoy staying in this easy-going hotel. Really wonderful! …

Right in the city centre near all restaurants, cafes and shopping. It offers great breakfast, lovely rooftop has a pool which is not heated in the winter but still nice to enjoy the Palma view. Additionally, there is free bike rental :)

Great hotel with beautiful interior and fabulous staff. Comfortable large room which is extremely quiet despite the central location. Tasty breakfast with good options for a vegan or gluten free diet as well as including local products. Would definitely recommend.

We're currently staying in the hotel and the staff are more than amazing, 5/5 points for breakfast and reception. We love the cakes the breakfast girls prepare, and the tortilla. Reception guys are very friendly, helped us with every reservation we requested during Christmas days. Thanks to Maria, Tanya y Irene! It's sad we have to go home tomorrow. Will be back very soon!

A great stay to visit Palma and hear the delight when Argentina won. It would have been a good stay, but the place we stayed made it extra special with their carefully managed atmosphere of polite calm and the lovely room, breakfast and support. Nabil is a employee who has found his calling, someone who can help and advise like a friend and a counsellor. We had fun with Nabil. He added to a gem of a place right in the heart of Palma. I would absolutely recommend.

We unexpectedly had an extra night in Palma and found this stunning hotel. Great location in one of the nicest parts of the old town. The hotel is very stylish and full of character, rooms very comfortable and the staff couldn't have been better. Loved our stay here and will certainly head back next time in Palma.

Whilst in a great location you have to bear in mind the noise. We checked in for three nights and only managed two before checking into a different quieter hotel. The room we stayed in - Majorca - had a window out into the street where a bar was situated. It was almost like they were in the room with us with lots of shouting and loud music. At 1.30 am we decided to call reception to complain but unfortunately they couldn’t move us. We didn’t want to risk it for the Saturday night.

While it is true that the hotel is located in a fairly quiet area despite being in the city centre, noise can sometimes disturb our guests, especially in rooms like yours where the windows of the original building remain. What worries me most is that we have not been able to offer you a change of room for Saturday night, I will talk to my colleagues to see what could have happened, as our policy when a customer is not comfortable in a room is to look for different alternatives if it is not possible at the same time, the next morning without fail.
