PERFECTION! Manager Javier went above and beyond as did the entire staff during our lovely stay at Hotel Gloria de Sant Jaume. We have been to Palma at least 8 times in the last 20 years and this by far is the best hotel we have had the pleasure of staying. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and so accommodating from the moment we arrived. Soli in the dining room was so friendly and helpful. After our first breakfast you knew to bring our cafe con leche and my orange juice without even asking. Breakfast was outstanding thank you chef. The day we left we had an early flight and you provided us with a breakfast picnic to take with us. Truly a sign of a 5 star hotel. The atmosphere through out felt comforting and serine. We have definitely found our go to hotel in Palma.

Outstanding small design hotel with wonderful staff. Very relaxed atmosphere despite being a 5 star urban hotel. We can only recommend it to those who appreciate the mixture of traditional and modern design and a personalised but relaxed high end atmosphere.

We spent a week in this excellent hotel at the end of September. It is a well situated and handsomely appointed small hotel in the centre of Palma. Our room was comfortable, well furnished and exceptionally clean. The daily service was very detailed, with fresh sheets each day and free bottled water regularly renewed. Breakfasts were wonderful, with a great choice of dishes, drinks, and pastries, served in an elegant dining room. But what made our stay so special was the knowledge, skills and attentiveness of the staff - especially the front desk staff. They made us feel so much at home, that it seemed as if we were staying with friends rather than at a commercial establishment. And the other staff that served us our breakfasts had a similar positive attitude to their work and us as customers. Everyone we met in the hotel, undedr the direction of the General Manager, seemed committed to providing the best experience possible to their guests. In summary, I very strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Palma. We hope to return, but even if we do not, it will remain a wonderful memory.…

Fabulous hotel - very central but just far enough away from the main streets, with a sort of ‘it’s good to get back’ feeling when you have been out exploring. Breakfast is great, certainly everything we wanted including a nice almond based oat and chai porridge. Top terrace is lovely but equally so is the spa, so plenty to wind down. The staff make it and nothing is too much trouble, the only issue you might have is getting a room as it’s only a small boutique style hotel, but that worked perfectly for us

A stunning renovation, oozing with soul, elegance and staff that really care about you having a good time. Great location in central Palma to enjoy everything the city offers but tucked away enough to provide some peace . A very short 1 night trip for us but beyond fab and would highly recommend.

Fabulous 5 night stay in this boutique hotel that is in walking distance to the old town, but tucked away on a street with little traffic and little noise. Hotel is beautifully designed and has an intimate feel, as I believe there are only 14 rooms in it. We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast each morning before heading out to site see and enjoyed a drink at the bar each night before heading out to dinner. The rooms were well appointed and they delivered local pastries each night which was a nice treat after a long day. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Palma.

Palma has been our ‘go to’ destination for over 8 years now with over 25 visits - we were super fortunate with our initial choice of boutique hotel and never felt the need to change until this trip due to lack of availability - Gloria de Sant Jaume Palma was an alternative I had saved on my phone for a few years eince it opened … why did we wait so long !? This is a very special boutique hotel - the old town location, decadent 16th century rooms, tasteful decor , wellness facilities , service , 5star food are all fabulous but as always it’s the team of people that deliver it that make it really special and add the real value … totally attentive yet discrete , welcoming and friendly yet always professional - this team have the ability to make you feel as if you are the only guests in this 14 room boutique hotel. Standout details/features for us included : - Tranquil outdoor Sun terrace/pool - Uber Relaxing /state of the art spa area with underground pool /sauna etc - AMAZING food/ breakfast experience … a special thank you chef ( Miguel de Dios) THE best hollandaise sauce I’ve had and of course Sole and Patrick who really know how to treat their guests ! You were one of our first touch points at the hotel and really set the standard for our experience ! - Discrete housekeeping -we never saw you but appreciated your impeccable service and turndown treats! - Super welcoming and reassuring 24/7 Front of house - a guy who has only been with the hotel a month or so ( so friendly / enthusiastic) and Deli who found me a local fab gym and prepared us an out of hours breakfast the morning of our departure - this meant alot - thank you Deli I hope you are all very proud of what you deliver - Gloria de Sant Jaume Palma is very special!…

Review for hotel This was our 2nd visit and we loved it more than our first! The staff are exceptional coupled with a beautiful environment, it is extremely hard to find any constructive feedback. The spa is one of the best with a gorgeous underground pool. Breakfast is served until 11 which means you can have a lie in and little touches for turn down service make this one of the best if not the best 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. I can’t really sing the hotels praises enough. If you visit palma and don’t stay at this hotel you haven’t stayed at the best!

Location is great, close to the main area - Carre de Jaume III and the Cathedral. Hotel itself is not so large and cozy. And all the staff took care of us so well. It has a small plunge pool on the top roof as well as a 4m pool on the basement. All are so relaxing. We had breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel but all are so good to be true. My partner and I really want to thank to the hotel staff. We love to go back to the hotel, even now!
