What an amazing place to stay for our trip to Palma! The location is so central that we were able to walk to almost every dinner. The building itself is magnificent! Located down a quiet alley way, you wouldn't know what is behinid that door if someone hadn't invited you in. Once inside, the architecture is amazing. We loved the courtyard open to the sky and the unusual decor. And the staff...so attentive and so helpful. They helped make sure that our trip was special. From scheduling dinners to helping when we needed to make adjustments, they made sure that we felt like honored guests. By the end of our week, they felt like friends. The breakfast was wonderful. As a gluten-free guest, I appreciated the extra effort they took to make sure that I had things to eat (and they regularly had gluten-free pastries and bread). I usually default to an egg and some bacon, but the avacado toast with smoked salmon that they pulled together really made me feel like I was on vacation. I can't say enough about this lovely hotel. We went up to the rooftop on our last night and shared some champagne that they sent up for my birthday. What a wonderful way to end our trip!…

The most beautiful hotel, absolutely immaculate! Room was gorgeous and it felt so homely. The staff were amazing, couldn’t have done any more for us! Loved the peaceful setting, you just didn’t know you were in a city, yet easy to walk everywhere. LOVED Palmaaltogether, a great Christmas break as the decorations were so beautiful.

This hotel is a wonderful cocoon in glorious Palma. The discreet front door opens to a beautifully designed space with the friendliest welcome from the very professional staff. The design of the hotel - with multiple relaxation spaces to make a “home away from home” - is very chic and modern, but in harmony with the building, which is hundreds of years old. The rooms have everything you could possibly need - including a very large, deep bath tub. I highly recommend booking a private hour in the spa area (at no extra cost). The spa has a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and is a super relaxing place to wind down. But the true treat of this hotel is the attentiveness and expertise of the staff! From weeks before my trip the brilliant Clara was helping me to book hiking in Soller and booked me a wonderful restaurant for lunch (El Camino). Next time I return to Palma I plan to handover all culinary and tourist plans to her! Thanks to Can Cera for the first of many stays!…

A magical hotel, in the historic center of Palma. Old Majorcan Palace completely renovated with a mix of old and modern. The common spaces are spacious and carefully designed, and it feels like a home away from home. The staff was so attentive and lovely. Highly recommended!
