Nice hotel overlooking the Marina in Palma. It’s a safe area for walking But and the rooftop bar/pool views are awesome.

It’s a little bit of a trek into town in the heat but not far from local buses taking you to beaches and the shopping mall.

Room was very clean, fairly modern and had aircon so I slept well in the heat.

Rooms vary depending on which aide of the hotel you’re on. Rooms at the back are very noisy as they overhang a busy road and the balcony was so small it only had a hard dining chair on it!

They moved me to a much nicer room on the side (overlooking the covid quarantine hotel opposite 😂)

When I noticed my door lock was totally broken I was moved to a room at the front which has a balcony overlooking the marina and a little lounge seating area. It was really noisy though because of being nearer the main reception and I was woken by drunken idiots shouting all night long.

We stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and son and was very impressed with location ( just a 10 minute walk to the town) impressed with the cleanliness and Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice size room with a gorgeous harbour view. Was cleaned every day with clean fresh towels. Rooftop pool was fab with spectacular views. Only one negative, our bed dipped in the middle making it extremely saggy and soft, so not great for my back. But would highly recommend and would come back again

Although this hotel is classed as 4 star I would not agree. The reception area and public seating area is very nice and the pool area although small is nice but I would not class the rooms as 4 star, we struggled to get the air con working although that was sorted out by staff promptly. The lock to the balcony door was tricky to open, there were no drawers just some shelves in the wardrobe. The bathroom looked ok but the shower was a bit basic and there was no mat in the shower which my sister felt was a bit unsafe as you could easily slip. We were disappointed that the bar closed at 10.30 I have never been in a hotel where the bar closed so early. On the last day we came back to the room to get ready to go out and we did not have any hand towels, the wet ones had been removed but not replaced, I could not reach Reception by phone so went downstairs to request towels and was told they would be sent to room in a few minutes, we were still waiting 45 mins later, my nieces were in the next room so we borrowed one of theirs. When we were ready to go out for the evening we mentioned to Reception that we never received the towels and were told that he had mentioned it to housekeeping and they said they had left hand towels in the room, I am hardly going to lie and say we have no towels. So overall a bit disappointed for the price we paid.

The hotel is in a decent location, but it’s fairly awful beyond that.

We had to be given another room at 2am because the hotel opposite, and the room next to ours, we’re having huge parties. We weren’t the only people this happened to and the hotel said they couldn’t do anything about the parties in their rooms (or the hotel next door).

The next day we were then moved to another room for the rest of the stay. This was fine but didn’t have the sea view we paid extra for.

A few days later, another set of drunk kids locked themselves out of the room. They needed to p*ss and so just went in the corridor. Initially the night staff didn’t believe it until they came to check, and the poor receptionist found himself mopping it up.

We tried to speak to the manager for three days but then had to leave. He’s yet to call us as promised.

All in all you’d be better to either pay a bit more for a nicer hotel with fewer bodily fluids on the floor, or pay a lot less and just go for a hostel. If you don’t mind parties and pee on the floor then save the money, and if you do then just pay a bit extra for an actual four star hotel.*

*the star system in Mallorca is based in facilities, not how old or broken those facilities are or the quality of staying in the hotel.

Really pleased with the room we had it was a great view and very clean.
The pool had the best view overlooking the harbour and the cathedral.
We booked breakfast included in the price and it was well worth it , consists of a buffet offer of fruit, yogurt , meats, cheeses, traditional English, omelettes made to order as well as pancakes , a selection of breads jams and pastry’s , hot beverages? Fruit juices even Prosecco is on offer . I would like to give a good mention for Antonio and Vanessa who were really helpful at breakfast time as well as during the day by the pool, also a shoutout to reception for printing off the mandatory location form snd covid negative test, you went the extra mile and it was noted. My daughter Danielle would also like to say a big thank you. We will return.

My stay at TBH Mirador hotel in Palma was an excellent place to stay for more than 4 weeks during July and August. I stayed in a large room with a splendid view towards the Passeig Maritim. Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the next best part was the fantastic service I received from all members of the staff (manager Nacho, reception, cleaners and bartenders). The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. Beside this, I am happy to say that my room was quite large, well decorated and very clean. The hotel also has a lovely top roof pool with view over the Passeig Marimin as well, with sunbathing beds, umbrellas and a sitting area with tables. However the gym was closed due the government advise with regards to Coronavirus. I found the hotel was very clean throughout and strictly following rules related to Coronavirus health and safety measures. Also, it is important to note that its location is great, close to the old town and most tourist attractions, cafes, bars, plenty restaurants and small shops and large supermarkets. All within no more than 15 minutes walk. Overall I was extremely happy staying here. Thank you TBH Mirador!

I’ve only ever stayed in AirBnB’s visiting Palma, I knew the area the hotel was located so I knew it was pretty central to most things. We were given a choice of 2 rooms on arrival & the hotel concierge, gave us the keys so we could pick. After reading a couple of negative reviews on here, I was apprehensive about our stay. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

Our room on the 7th floor was perfect. I’m really fussy when it comes to cleanliness & noise. Our room was huge! It had a inner balcony, that looked out onto a very stylish courtyard with a lovely pond with fish. You could still see the sky, so whilst it didn’t have a view of the marina it was still nice to look out of. Our room had almost another room where the balcony was, with a sofa (which I slept in one night as my friend was snoring - it was very comfortable!) The rooms decor was very modern, I loved the artwork. It was very Palma!

Every single member of staff we met were incredibly polite, welcoming & helpful. All the concierge staff speak English & the housekeepers even though they weren’t fluent spoke to us & we’re friendly. Jamie on the front desk was so lovely & helpful. He really went the extra mile to make our holiday special. Every night when we went out the staff were interested to know where we were going & wished us a nice night.

The bathroom has a decent hairdryer as well (I have long thick hair & usually hotel hairdryers are a big rubbish!)

We didn’t realise until the last day that you could take the lift to the roof, where there’s a gorgeous view of the marina, with a small bar, a little pool & sunbathing area. Well worth a visit!

It’s a 16 minute walk into the old town or the concierge can get you a taxi which is about 7€. The actual road itself has lots of bars & clubs (there was more of a younger crowd there.) The hotel sits in front of castle ruins which are a good trip out to. It’s just over 30 minutes to walk up to Anima beach (one of my favourite spots!) We paid 20€ to get from the airport to the hotel so it won’t break the bank.

I will definitely come back here to stay. Highly recommend - and I’m very, very fussy!

We stayed at the Hotel Mirador for 5 nights in November. The location is prime--directly across from the Marina and only blocks from the Santa Catalina neighborhood with tons of dining and bars.

The staff was wonderful. We spoke mostly with Tomas, who was friendly and knowledgable, providing tons of recommendations for things to do and see. We were always greeted with a smile when we were coming and going.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and well equipped. We loved having the balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean views.
The only minor inconvenience was that the room was really hot all the time. I think they had switched the heat on for winter, but we couldn't turn it off. This was easily solved by leaving the balcony door open for a few minutes to let some air flow in.

All in all, we had a great stay and would stay again.

This hotel faces south directly over the marina in the centre of Palma. Unrestricted on-street parking (altho busy in high season) and a short walk to Santa Catalina, La Lonja, the Cathedral and city centre.
Very clean and very helpful staff.

The fact that this is a considered a 4 star hotel is a joke. The hotel itself is far from the photos and is a glorified motel. But beyond that, the staff is rude and has no manners. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. They charge not only for a key to the safe, but also robe and slippers which you have to retrieve yourself from the hotel lobby. For how much we are paying to stay here, and the fact that it’s considered a luxury hotel is RIDICULOUS. We ordered room service and they delivered the wrong food, and then proceeded to tell us they couldn’t change it because the kitchen was closed and ran away, despite it being open for 40 more minutes. We had to go downstairs to get a refund for the incorrect food and waited in the lobby for our food, which they did not offer any compensation but rather acted as if no wrong had been done. We had to call multiple times just to get someone to take back the order. They argued with us and never apologized for the inconvenience. They also laughed at us and still gave us the wrong order in the end. DO NOT STAY HERE! I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a 0/5 stars for the experience. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

There is a lift. Didn’t use the pool or dining room so can’t help there. The pavement in Palma is widely disrupted due to the ongoing works along the Paseo Maritimo
