The INNSiDE Palma Bosque hotel is lauded for its cleanliness and modern amenities, including minibars and powerful showers in its well-equipped rooms. We stayed here for 3 days and had the most amazing experience. The hotel itself is fantastic, breakfast was awesome- buffet style with lots of variety. The vibe in the hotel was great, it was lively and majority of the guests were super nice, the bar area in the lobby t great to hang out. All staff were fantastic, always smiling and greeting you, it’s as you would expect customer service to be. The pool was lovely, cocktails by the pool and food available at reasonable price. Lunch at hotel was tasty. Not too far from the center about 25 min away to the middle but there are options close by, cheap taxi, bikes available at hotel for small fee, supermarket super close. Hotel felt like a nice bubble we were safe happy and comfortable immediately and was a lovely, brief break for us. Couldn’t recommend more.

We visited in September and loved our swim up room, we would recommend booking one! The free coffee pods in the nespresso machine were great every day and the bottles of free water. They had luggage storage pre and post check in/out and they offered us a spare room to shower in as late check out wasn’t possible. Staff were very friendly, we loved the music and love singer one night. Air con great, rooms very clean and the staff work very hard. Covid safe as masks required in public areas. Cheap shop close by called eroski, bar prices a bit higher in hotel but to be expected. Cocktails were nice and strong by the pool! Location was great, short walk to the harbour and to palma (bus €2 one way) and taxi to airport €20 or bus €5 each. We loved the variety of beaches which were also a short bus away too! We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant as found it wasn’t very vegetarian friendly. Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t bother for €18 per person! The pool was very shaded and didn’t open until 10am which was pretty late for us. The duvet cover was just sheets over the duvet instead of a fitted one so didn’t feel very clean but the rest of room was spotless. The check in process was very long even though we had checked in and paid online before arrival, there should have been more than 2 staff working on reception as there was always a queue. The separate tourist tax is high but not the hotels fault.

Booked a 3 night city break for myself, daughter and 8 month old grandaugher. Arrived around 10:30am so wasn't expecting room to be ready so left bags in luggage room, got changed and went to the pool. 1st impressions really lovely set up, around 6 cabana beds (40E to use for the day includes some food and drinks) on one side with sun loungers behind. Sunloungers on all other sides of pool as well upstairs terrace. Beds were all taken when we arrived. Pool bar serving snacks and drinks. Pool open from 10am but beds were being reserved earlier so we did the same but used them all day, some were reserved and not used, sadly we've come to expect this selfish attitude on holidays. We got into our room around 2pm and it was lovely, fresh, bright, clean and modern. We were asked if we wanted a double or 2 singles, opted for 2 singles pushed together. Lovely big cot for baby. Lovely towelling robes for our use and free water in mini bar. Shower only, no bath. Shower gel and body lotion provided. Plenty of storage space in bedroom although only 3 coat hangers and 3 trouser hangers, would not have been enough if staying longer, visitor's may wish to take a few wire ones themselves. Room fully air con'd which was a must as 35 degrees. Although the hotel is predominantly a younger crowd there was no noise at night along landings etc. There was a few others there with babies and some older people so a nice mix. We were on B&B and the breakfast did not disappoint. Absolutely spoilt for choice, fried breakfast, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal. Something for everyone. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located a good 30 min walk from Cathedral and centre of Palma and is located 1 road back from marina. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we didn't eat in it so cannot comment on the food. Pool bar snacks were usual fare, club sandwiches, burgers, chips etc. Prices were around average for a city hotel, cocktails at 12 euros, spirits 8 euros, sangria 6 euros. All in all we had a fab stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and would also return.

We have just returned from a 5 day trip to palma staying at the INNSIDE melia palma bosque.
Whilst the breakfast, pool and bar area was lovely, there are a lot of improvements that need to be made at this hotel. I had a wonderful stay in July at the ME in London as a Melia rewards member so had high hopes with this hotel.
Before we arrived at the hotel, we emailed to advise that we were staying there to celebrate a birthday - not only did they not acknowledge this but also didn’t acknowledge the fact we were part of the Melia rewards and received no benefits.
There is no iron in the room, don’t even bother trying to call reception or room service to ask for one as they don’t answer the phone. When we then borrowed a hand steamer from reception and it was faulty and burnt all our hands.
There’s also no dressing table area to get ready in the room (as two girls sharing a room it made getting ready a nightmare!)
Location of the hotel is not the best, didn’t feel the safest of areas to walk in the evening and had to get taxis to the centre of palma so wouldn’t recommend staying here if you wanted to be in the centre of everything.
Lastly when we returned to the room one early evening we were horrified to find that the maid had left our room door open. Luckily nothing was taken and all valuables were in the safe. What made the situation worse was when we reported this to reception team they couldn’t care less.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions for work and leisure, but this stay (end of July 2021) was the most disappointing. The good points: still serving a buffet breakfast (guests had to wear masks and use disposable plastic gloves when serving their own food, and the hotel gym was still open and you did not need to book. Service on the whole was friendly and courteous. The bad points: there weren’t enough sun beds by the swimming pool, so cue certain guests putting towels, books etc out to reserve sunbeds before the pool opened at 10am - it felt like being in a tourist class resort hotel instead of what the hotel is trying to portray itself as a chic urban lifestyle hotel. But the worst from our perspective was arriving late evening on the first night and being annoyed by ants in the room and the bed. When we woke up on the first day there were loads of ants in the room, in our luggage etc. The hotel staff at reception were very quick at changing our room - we had booked the loft room at quite a lot of expense to better fit a family of four, but did not apologise, merely blaming it on the hotel being near to woodland and not being able to use stronger cleaning products to avoid annoying guests with allergies. When we were only staying for 2 nights, having paid more than €200 a night, and not having experienced this on any of my previous stays, I felt very disappointed by the reaction and the price-quality ratio was below expectations. On the day of departure, I asked for a late check out, just a couple of hours to suit the next stage of our trip and to be refused, when I have been a regular guest with Meliá hotels was also very disappointing. I shall certainly book elsewhere next time.

Stayed august 22 for a short 3 day break.
Location - Hotel is on bus route so public transport from the airport is possible, A1 bus into palma €5 then number 2 to hotel €2 euro. It’s about a 20 to 25 min walk into palma centre, cathedral 30 to 35mins and the beach 35 to 40 mins. Public transport is regular if you don’t want to walk and €2 euro a trip. Taxi stand also outside hotel. There’s a few bars and restaurants 2 mins walk from hotel, we didn’t go to any of these, but another 5 mins and you are on the front along the marina where there’s a much bigger selection heading toward the centre. Big super market a few mins walk away. The area around the hotel is actually much better than looked on Google maps and felt safe.
Hotel is nice, we stopped in a superior city view which also had part sea views on the 10th floor. Balcony was nice although if the people next door decide they are playing music loudly or speaking loudly as we had one afternoon it can spoil it a bit. Sun on the balcony up until lunch time.
Room had everything you need. Minibar was refilled daily for free, although a bit hit and miss what was replaced. This may have been because we had put some of our own food and drink in the fridge which is fairly small. The cleaning lady was happy to give me more drinks for the fridge when I asked her. Nespresso machine in room but no kettle.
Had some noise a couple of mornings which may have been people leaving for early flights as they didn’t sound like they were just coming back from a night out and the cleaners started quite early the same morning.
Staff friendly.
The hotel corridors outside our room got really hot through the day so leaving the aircon in the room was really warm getting the lift down.
Didn’t really use the pool area but looked busy most days. Towels on sunbeds to reserve fairly early. Pool towels free of charge.
Some live entertainment on Friday and Saturday eve.
Didn’t eat in hotel so can’t comment on food.
Luggage storage and they have a room available to shower/change if getting a late flight available after 3pm. We planned on using this but it was in use and a couple waiting so couldn’t really wait for it but the facility is there if you want.
Some building work opposite but had no issue from it at all.
Overall I would recommend the hotel.

I stayed for three nights in early July. The room on the 11th floor had a decent view of the cathedral and bay, but arguably the 12th (top) floor would offer the best views.

The room was relatively compact, but comfortable with a great shower and powerful WiFi. The air conditioning however really struggled. Eventually the temperature reduced to 20.5 degrees, but only after a couple of days.

While clearly not in the centre of the city it’s only €6 by taxi and they’re available right outside the hotel.

The thing that really makes the hotel is the staff. They were all so friendly and accommodating.

After our girls trip to Madrid was cancelled at the last moment by Easyjet we instantly rebooked Palma (one of my favourite destination) with Jet2 and could only get this hotel and their premier rooms.

So pleased things turned out this way, the rooms were modern, bright, spotlessly clean, plenty of amenities and we had pool views. Beds are extremely comfortable and I had really good nights sleep which for me are not always guaranteed in hotels. Rooms have good soundproofing as there was a pool party event one evening which I didn't even hear until I opened the balcony doors to check if my friends staying either side if me were ready! We were room only but did do breakfast one day which for €15 at the pre booked rate was a steel for the choice, freshness and amount if you so wished multi courses.
Good wifi for my Insta friends.

The hotel is managed by the Melia group who we like, has a younger clientele but not a Club 18-30 vibe, more civilised, chilled out and relaxed. The pool area did look good with plenty of beds and a good Bali bed package but I didn't have time to use due to other plans. Something to do on another trip as I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is an easy 15/20 min stroll along the port/marina area or a 30 minute if you go along the roads to the city centre though we always got side tracked with the numerous shops and bars. Best take a taxi for any reservations as it's only about 8 mins and €10 away. Although it's located one main road from the port with plenty if hotels and restaurants about, it has a far more relaxed atmosphere going on than Palma city centre.

This hotel is not on the front of the marina, but a few streets back.
Very nice clean hotel, very decent breakfast and well stocked bar . There are plenty of outside tables for dining or a drink, and also a bar beside the pool.
They have pool acces rooms, but they look a bit too close to the pool, so you have everyone when busy almost on top of them.
We had a room on the top floor, that is level 12 and paid extra so we would have a view of the marina and city, and it was well worth the extra cost, as sitting out on the balcony was very pleaseant.
One thing to note about this hotel, is that it is approx 100 metres from a clinic that offers COVID tests at 30 euros for us brits requiring it to return home.

Overall good experience at the hotel.

Pros
Was able to check in early on arrival which is always great. Also on check out were able to access a room for 20 minutes to freshen up and get a shower before the flight.

Room was lovely and mini bar restocked each day.

Location is good, 35 minute walk into Palma and can also access Belver castle from the top of the road.

Cons
Found that the food at the pool bar was very expensive and very average.

Found the pool bar staff to be quite rude and the lifeguard handing out towels was very unhelpful.

No where near enough sunbeds for the amount of guests at the hotel.

Pool is badly designed and ends up in the shade at 3pm with guests scrambling to get the sun for the last few hours.

Based on the above we probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was good value and we enjoyed the weekend here.
