We had a 3 night stay on a b& b basis to celebrate a special birthday, I cannot fault anything. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were given a free upgrade and our rooms were extremely well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The mini bar was restocked daily ( free of charge) A hairdryer and clothes steamer were provided as well as a coffee pod machine. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with something to suit everyone including cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, nuts, eggs, bacon, hams, cheeses, pastries and a variety of breads. The rooftop bar was very welcoming and we had amazing cocktails. If I was reading this review I would think it too good to be genuine but I promise it is, we will definitely be going again.

Nice one night stay room 511, easy check out room was nice. Shower good, bed comfortable. Room looks to have refurbished door to the bathroom seems to have missed as looks old ! Good selection for breakfast as well. Would more than happily return if on business again

Perfect hotel in very good location. Check out today 26/11/2022 so up to date review !! Located a few mins away from the centre of Palma this hotel is of good quality with great facilities and excellent staff. Stayed with my wife and daughter (2 yr old) greeted by Paco and a trainee. Check In quick, easy and fully informed. Nothing to much trouble warm milk at 11pm for my daughter. Room perfect size , pillows amazing , free mini bar replenished daily. Hotel was clean and tidy Bar staff very helpful Indoor pool 5 eur per person , book slot in advance. Pool with various jets, sauna and steam room. Nice environment. Fantastic restaurants and bakeries in the back streets. Parking limited around hotel street but on main road underground parking available 24hrs per day only 12 eur with validated ticket (see reception) Keep up the great work , will defo visit again…

I searched for days for a central hotel with a pool that had character yet was reasonably priced. I finally found it in this hotel, INNSIDE by Meliá Palma. The best price was on the hotel’s own website. Almost £100 cheaper than other sites. The hotel is perfect. Clean, bright, fresh decor, spotlessly clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom, and a fabulous shower to boot. Two layers of curtains give you total darkness at night if you need it. The best part is the free minibar. Every day it is replenished with cans of mineral water - plain and sparkling, and beer and Coke. Very nice rooftop pool and bar, with plenty of comfortable loungers. We opted not to take the hotel breakfast, but it looked very nice. It is a five-minute walk to the old city, and three minutes to yet more restaurants and cafés in the new town in the opposite direction.…

We were a group of 30 people that got together in this hotel in order to have work related sessions for 2 days. Everything was really great: the service and the kindness of staff, their professional approach in dealing with all of our needs, the food, the dinner, everything. They were very focused on all the little details we needed in the course of our stay and we enjoyed a lot! Thank you to the whole team for their professionality.

Good room and bathroom where everything worked!! Excellent maid service kept room immaculate. Reception always helpful. Small but more than adequate spa. Rooftop bar hasn't the best view in Palma but you can watch the liners in and out of the harbour. Menu there limited but adequate for the first night. Decent restaurants of all prices nearby. Bar prices reasonable Special shout out for Daniel, Rebecca, Paco and Bruno - thank you all - but all the staff appear well trained Close to transport hub for trains and buses Will go back again when we go back to Palma

This is a fabulous hotel great service, staff, restaurant is exceptional as is the breakfast. Room with balcony was brilliant. Roof top restaurant and pool are is great, tranquil an oasis in the heart of the city. Breakfast room/library is exemplar for a design hotel. So looking forward to next visit.

Great hotel, 10 minute walk from the centre of old town. Fab roof terrace with enough loungers and chairs scattered about. Room very clean and extremely comfortable beds. Fab spa and inside pool too. We didn’t eat at hotel as so many other places to enjoy around the city. The food did look good though. Would stay again for sure.

Highly recommend this hotel, it is in a good location, the staff are amazing and the facilities are great. The room we had was on the 5th floor and was comfortable. The minibar is re stocked everyday! The rooftop pool and sunbathing area is lovely, very well kept! We had both breakfast and lunch at the hotel which were both lovely!
