This (cheap) hostel (1*) is perfect for a city trip to the beautiful town of Palma. It has an ideal location, very near to Plaça de Reina and a friendly and helpful staff. The room we stayed in, though very cheap, was clean and had a ceiling fan. We prefer fans instead of AC's, so again no problem. We asked...

We travelled to Palma flight only Aug 7th-14th as a change from a package holiday and were lucky enough to come across Hostel Ritzi (Hotel) in the heart of the City. We had planned to travel further around the coast and stay in a regular`chain` hotel but ended up staying for the full week in beautiful Palma. Hostel Ritzi is...

Very nice lady welcomed us at reception, we had a double room with a shared shower/toilet, both were very clean. The location is just perfect for exploring the old town & is less than a minute away from the marina. Although located on a very busy street(narrrow, with lots of restaurants) we didn't hear anything. Our room(31) did get hot...

80€ for a twin room with "private" bathroom as it didnt have a door but a wall used as a divider. The location and staff were the only positives for this place. Would not stay here again. The place next door looks much better & modern and also 10€ cheaper per night.

I have visited this establishment years before and the location is what brought me back. Situated in the narrow, windy old town streets this hotel is perfect if you want to soak up the local atmosphere and be close to great bars and restaurants. If you need a beach buses go there from the stop just 50m from the hotel....

The location is excellent right in the heart of old town with lovely restaurants right outside. The shower was hot and the room looked pretty clean. The owner allowed us an extra hour to check out in order to shower after the marathon and gave us somewhere to store our bags. However the room seemed a bit cold due to...

Stayed for 2 nights & could not leave fast enough. Double room in poor condition with only window opening onto smoking patio. Found unsanitary items left by previous guests under the bed. Room adjoined reception area & kitchen - noisy with no privacy. Cook was smoking while preparing food in the kitchen.

If you don't mind PAYING to stay in a room that apparently NEVER CLEANED, as evidenced by the USED CONTRACEPTIVE (RUBBER) under the bed, or, a COOK who sits in the kitchen smoking cigarettes--and, not washing his hands before serving up the Special of the Day, then, this place is for you. The location is Excellent! The Boss Lady is...

I stayed here for 4 nights for a little loner holiday at the start of September and came away thinking I would definitely stay there again, although there were a few not so good things about it but i think it ll depends on how fussy you are and what the purpose of your holiday is! I stayed in a...
