Having notified the hotel of our late arrival, we were rather disconcerted to find the gates of the hotel closed. The taxi driver helped us find the call button to summon reception, and we were warmly welcomed. We were directed to our room, which was modern, with an open plan bathroom area, and a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was OK, hot food(scrambled egg, bacon and sausage) not overly hot, but plenty of choice of cold meats, cakes etc. We were disappointed that the bar was never open, it would have been great to have had a drink before/after dinner. The main attraction of the hotel is the location, 5 minutes from the Cathedral and a short walk to the seafront, with a bus stop at the end of the alley to take you to the main bus station. Also, plenty of restaurants nearby. An ideal place to stay for a winter city break…

I was enchanted by this hotel. The rooftop terrace with its views of Palma and the cathedral was especially lovely. My room was beautiful, stylish and comfortable, the breakfast superb, and just walking through the Spanish courtyard is a pleasure. There’s a great restaurant next door and you can walk everywhere from this ideal location. I’m already plotting my return! Thank you especially to May for your warm welcome and hospitality.

The hotel is located a stones throw from the cathedral and castle, with plenty of options to dine out within the immediate vicinity. The room was comfy and well equipped. The hotel has great facilities with good views from the rooftop. Breakfast was very good, with a great selection of food. Even when the Café bar was closed, refreshments were always available. The staff at the hotel are professional and very accommodating.

From checking in to leaving at 5 am a week later every member of staff at this lovely hotel never stopped smiling. In a good location in the old town minutes from the marina and a bus stop that went to the top of the city. The room was spotlessly clean comfortable and presented in a modern minimalist style. The shower was forceful and all toiletries are from a very good supplier, Molton Brown. The buffet breakfast was varied with a selection of cheeses ,meats, croissants and fruits. and a selection of juices. Unexpected was the hot bacon, sausages and eggs. In fact everything to start your day well.. The bed was very comfortable but despite a selection of pillows we struggled to find a combination that suited us.

We stayed here for 2 nights in January and It was superb. Everything from the staff to the beautiful continental breakfast to the sauna that looks out from the rooftop to the cathedral. This is paradise in my opinion. Just GO !!!
