We had a superior room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It was light and airy, spotlessly clean with tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar, robe and slippers and a large sitting room. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was ideally located right in the centre with shops, bars, cafes and transport right on the doorstep. We decided not to... More

We stayed here for 3 days and we hadn't any problem. Good staff, nice rooms... We loved the convenience of staying in the center of Palma, you can go wherever you want in less than 20 minutes... Very recommendable.

We stayed here 2 nights in late July this year. The location is great - right in the heart of things, but in a back street so we found it quiet. Short walks to most main attractions. Lovely central courtyard for breakfast /drinks between the two buildings which make up the hotel. We stayed in a family suite on night... More

As many have said previously, this is a delightful hotel situated in a peaceful location but within easy walking distance to busy shopping area and very and convenient for travel on the train, buses and town centre. Also very convenient for travel to and from the airport. (Bus No 1 or taxi) Rooms are spacious, clean and bright, especially those... More

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. Nice big room and a fine bathroom - loved the rain shower. Close to the bus and train station. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside the hotel - and close to lots of the tourist... More

I was really looking forward to staying here having read the reviews. The night receptionist Mustafa was very pleasant and helpful. My room, number 6 lower ground floor, was very disappointing. I was travelling solo but the room had a hostel feel with three beds. The decor was scruffy and the large window opened directly onto a side alley which... More
