We had an amazing stay in Possada Terra Santa. Stunning rooms in a beautifully restored building. The breakfast is perfect with many options. The staff is very friendly they recommended nice restaurants during ou stay. We had a memorable stay so we will definately come back soon
We stayed for two nights in July and loved it (and Palma) so much we came back for three nights in October. This small hotel really is something quite special, made even more so by the quality, friendliness and attention of the whole team who look after you, from the moment you arrive to the point that they wave you off in the taxi. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable and having the roof terrace on which to relax at the end of the day, after exploring Palma is such a bonus. The location of the hotel is just perfect. One reason we wished to return was to eat once again in the restaurant. I know that often it is better to eat away from a hotel because there are so many other options available to you in town, but I would encourage any guest to book an evening in this hotel's restaurant - it really is fantastic. We ate out in town for other meals and sampled a variety of places, all within close walking distance, but the hotel's restaurant was the best. We will certainly be back staying at Posada Terra Santa!…
Stayed just before Christmas and had the loveliest time. Hotel was amazing, lovely relaxed feel, nice decor and fabulous room! The mini pool and sauna you could book for private use was an added bonus. Location was very hidden away but also in the perfect place to explore Palma. Staff were incredible, super friendly and very helpful. We both loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!
The staff are truly impressive...no request is too small or difficult for them to take on with enthusiasm and a smile. Absolutely impeccable 5-star service across the board from the moment you enter the hotel to the time you check-out. This beautiful hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot in Old Town and within easy walking distance of everything you might want to see or do in Palma. Our room, the Baron Suite, was perfect...very comfortable and quiet. The spa, which you can reserve to ensure privacy, is small but more than adequate to relax and unwind.
We have stayed 5 times at this hotel and it remains a perfect base to explore the city of Palma. The staff are exceptional. The location in a small secluded street in the Old Town is close to all central facilities. We had a wonderful room, great breakfasts and we thoroughly recommend staying here anytime you come to Palma.
From walking through the front door of this hotel , the staff welcomed us,making us feel like home . The hotel is stunning , the rooms, the spa was amazing. Stunning decor and views . Loved the breakfast , this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in . Thank you Lara and all the team , simply outstanding !!
Absolutely great! Have been in Palma several times and seen some very nice places, but his tops it all: central location in the old town, such a beautiful place, every detail is a pleasure to look at, and the staff just killed it. One couldn´t be friendlier, more effective and more awesome. Unbelievable how much at home we felt. By the way, the breakfast is great: nice choice from a buffet and egg specialties are served, great tea (which is the most important thing for me).
Our stay was fantastic! From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. When they found out that this trip was a celebration of a special birthday for our son, they organised some special things for us. The room was large and comfortable. The food was tasty with the staff remembering our preferences. I would totally recommend this hotel.
This is a place we would love to keep for ourselves - but they deserve that we share our review: - Great place, very exceptional design and modernization of an old historical building of small fortress-type; high attention to details regarding the decorations - top floor terrace a beautiful hideaway for relaxation - library room and entrance area designed to feel very much at home - lovely rooms and modern bathrooms with bathtub and spacious shower; wonderful soap and bath products (but note: due to the age of the original building and it’s structure, every room is different) - breakfast / food excellent - small but high quality, recommended: fried eggPosada Tierra Santa served with toasted bread and Spanish ham - superb and extraordinary: all staff, be it at reception, kitchen/restaurant or housekeeping. Very friendly and engaged, everyone completely committed and passionate to make your stay a perfect one! Very minor flaws: Posada is located in the very heart of the city center; you will have to walk a few steps into the tiny road towards the entrance, i.e. taxis cannot stop in front of the hotel directly, and you should not expect great views from your window.…
I was totally blown away by the ambiance and service at this hotel. I'd definitely return if I was in town again. Here are the pro's and con's of our stay: Pros: +: Amazing service: Every single staff person I interacted with was attentive, friendly, eager to help, and fluent in several different languages. +: Check-in: A glass of cava wine, a comfy sofa, a Christmas tree, and one of the super friendly staff members made my check-in at Posada Terra Santa one of the very best I've experienced. What a relaxing and welcoming way to start our stay. +: Location: Excellent location for exploring the Old City, but also convenient to catch buses to the other parts of the city. Tons of restaurant options in easy walking distance. +: Awesome breakfast: So many delicious choices for the breakfast buffet, plus eggs cooked on-demand. We were stuffed every single morning. And the breakfast staff were very friendly, attentive, and quick. +: Super clean +: Charming historical building: You could enjoy the thick walls, beautiful arches, and lovely open terraces of the historical building, while somehow also having fully updated furnishings. It was an impressive balancing act! ~ A mix of good and bad: The bathroom in the room was very clean, but there was very little counter space for toothbrushes, etc. And the fan in the toilet room was rather lackluster. But on the good side, the shower door came down all the way, so we didn't end up spraying water everywhere like we usually end up doing by accident in most European semi-enclosed showers. Cons: - The gym/fitness center: Because it's next to two guest rooms, it's only open from 11am to 7 or 8pm. The front desk offered that we could take weights to our room (which we did) to do our workouts whenever we wanted, though that must have been disappointing for anyone else who wanted those weights. And it's very very small and poorly ventilated, so if you do workout in the fitness center, hope that you don't need to share it. - Temperature control: It was way too hot in our room on our first night. The fan function on the temperature control panel actually warmed the room. And we only had a terrace with a door (no window) to leave open all night, which seemed weird. When we complained, the front desk gave us a free-standing fan which kept us comfortable for future nights.…
