Very nice boutique hotel; perfect location for old town Palma; great staff; very clean rooms and building in general; most comfortable beds; lovely breakfast; reasonably priced. Downside: breakfast is from 8:00-10:30; went there at 9:15, but they were already out of tray juice, sandwiches and certain Omelettes. That was disappointing.

Excellent centrally located in the heart of Old Town Breakfast very good. Reception people went overboard to help. Juliette was very very helpful. Draw back it was on a main road, so it was a little noisy of a night time.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff of AH Art Hotel in Palma. Especially Maria & Marina were incredibly kind and helpful when one of our party became ill during our trip upending our travel plans. They assisted with procuring medical care, were helpful in extending our stay and allowing late check-out, and assisting with ordering food to be delivered to us. Their cheerful, optimistic manner made our circumstances much better. Thank you so very much!!

Wonderful boutique hotel in the centre of Palma (only 13 rooms) The room was spacious, quiet and serviced daily. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of breads, fresh fruit, cereal and the option of a freshly cooked omelette. The staff were really friendly and could not do enough for us. Highly recommend.

Great location, very helpful staff. Breakfast was great, omelette was delicious! The room was very clean and nicely furnished. Staff recommended restaurants and what to do around town. Felt very welcome, they also got us a taxi early in the morning for the airport.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We had a beautiful room and quite palatial. The beds are super comfy and hard to get out of but you should because breakfast is delicious, great omelette and coffee, toast, pastries, fruit. Staff are most welcoming allowing us to check in early. The decor is fantastic and I spent my time admiring the art and furniture. Great location too. Fabulous all round!

AH Art Hotel Palma was fantastic - the staff at reception and in the kitchen were exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Rooms are well decorated, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food and freshly made omelettes to order. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the centre of Palma. Personal thanks to Marina and her team :-)

I booked this hotel last minute as was in a hotel in Puerto Pollensa when unfortunately my husband took very ill and had to be admitted to Son Espases hospital in Palma. I ended up staying for 3 nights and was really pleased with the standard of room and breakfast. It’s a really great unique boutique hotel. I would like to give special thanks to Marina and Juliette as they were very attentive and caring towards me as I was in a state of panic and shock, they couldn’t have done anymore for me they helped me endlessly with taxis to and from hospital and helped me get food etc. they really went above and beyond.❤️ my husband is very grateful also to them for looking after me.☺️

We had our flight home to the UK cancelled at 9pm after a lengthy wait at the airport and were allocated this hotel by our agent as our return flight wasn’t until the next evening at 10pm. We have two little children and they were really emotional and tired after learning that they were not going home that night. The lady, Marina, who greeted us when we arrived at the hotel at 11.30pm was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. As we were all out of sorts after the cancelled flight, she agreed that we could have a late check out the next day. We discussed timings and it was apparent that the room wasn’t needed so we gave a rough time of 4pm, but it was clear this wasn’t a hard deadline at the time. Given this extra stay was on the airline due to the cancellation we had absolutely no issue paying for any additional expenses incurred. However, Marina agreed to waive the fee out of the goodness of her heart. The next day Marina was fantastic. She helped us with our day and when we arrived back at the hotel at 3.30 she was lovely. We explained we had packed and ready to leave, but would head to the café next to the hotel as we had some time to kill before heading to dinner then the airport. We then arrived back to collect our (packed!) bags from the room at 5pm and were met with the angry face of the manager, telling us we were ‘late’ and then proceeding to tell us that she had told Marina what she had done was unacceptable in letting us have the room late. A little taken aback we explained the situation and offered to pay, as we had offered the previous evening, but the manager continued to take her frustrations out on us. Rather than listening to us and accepting our money she decided to tell me to stop talking, said how much of an inconvenience we were and that staying up late the night before with young kids isn’t an excuse as she often does this for her job (no clue what this had to do with anything). We explained Marina was lovely and was absolutely not at fault for what seemed just a misunderstanding, but she was unrelenting. I had to walk out of the hotel as it was making me quite upset so left it to my husband. In the end she accepted the late check out fee, but getting to the bottom of the situation it was apparent that the manager couldn’t resell the room so wanted to charge 30% of the room rate as is standard practice (an additional 30 euros). Again, we said this was completely fine (and had offered so many times to pay whatever was needed as the tab was being picked up by the airline), but she got very worked up and just charged us the late check out fee, again saying how unacceptable it was that we had overstayed our welcome. We felt terrible that Marina may have been in trouble and frankly this completely ruined the experience we had had that day. Given that we had already packed and were ready to leave but sat in the café outside the hotel, it seems that the manager was just up for a fight (they knew where we were and had our phone number in any case). I suspect part of our negative experience was down to translation issues but ultimately we kept reiterating we were happy to pay whatever was needed. It was just completely ruined by a frankly disgustingly rude manager who decided to take out her bad day on us in front of our young kids, who left traumatised by this experience, feeling that they had done something wrong. My son wouldn’t even step foot in the hotel when we had to collect our bags after dinner. its a real shame as we had been discussing all day coming back as Palma is a wonderful, beautiful place! But we want to thank you Marina for being so kind to us in our vulnerable state. It is really appreciated, you are a lovely human being.
