I'm in a very good position to agree with Mr Boe because I'm writing this in room 406 which IS lovely, on the last night of 15. I think it's fair to say that the refurb is a BIG improvement (I stayed in the previous incarnation a year ago) and that some rooms are MUCH better than others simply because...

We have a lovely room 407 with great sea views, next door 406 is even better . View is from the side but don't feel like it as it's a lovely view of all along the beach , our room was newly decorated in a most modern unusual design .. from the top half of the shower you could look...

Hotel is situated just right off the main beach promenade and thus close to the bars, restaurant and shops. We were checked in earlier thanks to helpful receptionist , who went out of his way to find available room as ours wasnt ready then yet (tall gentleman). All staff very polite and courteous, we asked another lady at the reception...

I stayed at Aloe Canteras as a part of a EasyJet Holidays package deal. It was a good price for a week away and we paid extra for a sea view. The photos looked beautiful in the description. When we arrived it was an entirely different story. We were given a room on the first floor that faced an apartment...

If you are considering staying in this hotel, my advice is to look for better alternatives. I have been a regular and frequent traveller for more than 30 years and I can honestly say that for no hotel in which I have ever stayed in any country in the world of whatever standard has there been such a chasm between...

We loved the place and the room was clean and nice.We had some seawiew and looked down to a charming street calle los Gofiones with the cafe Albareda. We missed very much a fridge and a cooker for water and the posibility to use the terrace. With these things fixed we will come again and again!

The rooms are newly decorated and fitted; ours (302) very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, twin large single beds and a spacious and modern bathroom area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and obviously proud of the service the hotel offers. The hotel is at the north end of the long promenade of Las Canteras beach....

The location of the hotel is very good at the beach of canteras.Just a few meters away, and with lots of rooms with a side-view to the sea and the beach promenade. Also I heard about that there are rooms to the patio, which aren't great. We really enjoyed the view from our room (307) and the sunny balcony. The...

We have stayed here a couple of times and this year the hotel has undergone a makeover. The rooms are well decorated and the bathrooms are very nice. However between the bedroom and the bathroom (and I assume this is the case for all the rooms) there are two clear windows, one of which looks straight into the walk in...

We were in room 406 with a balcony from where we looked out over Catalina Beach which was very pleasant. The room had been very recently refurbished to a very high standard with a very comfortable huge double bed, air conditioning, a small fridge and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The bathroom was exeptional with very high quality fittings...
