When we arrived at Santa Cruz we were initially horrified as we had booked a room at the Hotel Oceano and this hotel was closed for refurbishment! However, the hotel Atlantico was only a couple of doors away and were obviously expecting us! The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodation was bed and breakfast and breakfast was taken... More

Excellent position , close to all interesting area of capital!! Room no so large but clean. No shampoo in the bath room and not a satisfactory assistance to reception desk where not any simple city map was available!! Breakfast like sanatorium and low level ingredients. The price is perfect but a little improvement in the management could be really accepted!... More

Stayed here a week in February and found it, as others have said, to be a clean and useful place as it's so near the main square, shops and restaurants. It was bed and breakfast only and the food got a bit boring after a couple of days as it was always the same - toast and jam or a... More

We stayed one night in Atlantico. Our room was huge and clean, but they don't have WiFi in rooms. We had problems with our wine bottle (we didn't have an opener) but the receptionist helped us :-) He was always really helpful! Breakfast was ok, it was served to the table. Staff is very frienly there too!

This hotell was ok and they had fair prices - you get what you pay for. In the center of Santa Cruz with a lot of restaurants in the area, and that is pretty good. Some room is noisy and the walls are pretty thin. I was there in january 2014.

This hotel is located in the heart of Santa Cruz. The staff is really kind and friendly. Breakfast is awesome! Of course about the hotel interior is a little bit old but acceptable, and our room is clean and not dark, we have a huge window.
