Spectacular in everything!!! Great discovery in Toledo!!
Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfortable with spectacular soft and good quality sheets (it seems not but I give a lot of importance to sheets and towels) a terrace upstairs of pure tranquility, airtight windows even though this is in Zocover Square you can't hear a thing !! The bathroom is very clean and everything you need at your disposal.
And what can we say about Veronica...she helps you with everything and is available if you need her, she helps you with everything and advises you very well.
We loved the little hotel and we were very very comfortable!!
Thank you team we will return without a doubt

I was a guest of this structure for two nights on the occasion of Holy Week 2024. I must say that the structure is enchanting. First of all, the location is wonderful: from the hotel terrace you can admire the Alcazar in all its splendor, especially at night. The rooms are very beautiful and elegant. Breakfast is then taken care of: the products appear to be genuine. The price of the hotel is certainly worth the service you receive!

· Small intimate hotel slap bang in the centre of the town. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable, plus it had a lovely glazed in balcony with views of the town and surrounding countryside.
Our stay included breakfast which was perfect for our needs.
The staff were friendly and tripping over themselves to help us with ideas on were we should visit and restaurant suggestions.
A very enjoyable experience.
Elderly folk might find the stair climb to reception a little steep, but I am a fit 83 year old and didn't find it a problem - there is a bell at the entrance which you can ring for assistance with you bags and a lift from reception to the rooms..

This hotel offers fresh, clean, spacious rooms in the heart of Toledo. The location of this hotel is in Plaza de Zocodover and our room was overlooking the Plaza, however we could not hear any street noise. The en suite was new, modern and bright.
Veronica was warm, welcoming and eager to assist. She made our check in a breeze and offered recommendations on local touring options. The pride she displays in her hotel and her city are commendable. As an extra bonus, this hotel has a roof top terrace with commanding views. A great place to enjoy a coffee or evening drink.

This is really nice boutique hotel in a great location for seeing Toledo. The hotel is a fairly thin slice of an old building on Zocodover Plaza, in which they have inserted a small hotel (about 15 guest rooms in all) with modern conveniences and comfort while retaining much of the original building features. We had a suite overlooking the plaza and it was spacious, comfortable and clean. But the staff is what sets this hotel apart. Everyone we encountered during a 3-night stay was great -- friendly, courteous and showed obvious care for their guests by going above and beyond. Veronica was particularly great. We were initially concerned that the breakfast might not be adequate based on other reviews, but we found it to be more than enough. They bring toast, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, pastries, boiled eggs, and fresh orange juice to your table, and there is also a cereal bar. We would return to the Adolfo without hesitation.

We liked our room (#34), which was comfortable adn roomy with a separate sitting/TV area and had a nice view over Plaza Zocodover (we splurged for an "Junior Suite") - and, perhaps most importantly for Toledo in summer, had great air conditioning. My only quibble is that I prefer a soft down pillow, which wasn't available. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and tasty. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Those with mobility issues should be aware that there is a stairway from the ground floor to the lobby on the first floor (there may be an elevator, but I never asked). I would certainly stay here again if I return to Toledo.

The hotel staffs lack of attention almost cost me my flight to Turin, which is the only daily flight and they cost me several hundred dollars. Despite three of them telling me that they had taken care of my request for transportation to the airport in the early morning, when I was ready to leave the hotel at 6:15 there was no transportation. Staff it also said the one of them would be there in case anything happened. But there was no one in the hotel from staff. I called every number that I could find for the hotel, and apparently no one has responsibility to answer the phone after hours. Totally unnecessary to put a paying client through this. I should have been forewarned since it was considerable confusion about my reservation when I checked in.
There's also been no apology from the hotel.
The hotels in an excellent location, but just don't ask the staff to do anything for you. They seem otherwise occupied.

Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to write your review about our stay. First of all, I apologize for the mistake my partner made about his reservation, I think we are human people and we are obliged to make mistakes, there is no perfection. On the other hand, how much the taxi, the taxi was at the time you told us, told us the day before and was waiting for the time that you confirmed. We regret the errors caused that will not happen again. We look forward to seeing you again when you come back to Toledo with a special offer and better attention than you have had. A warm greeting.

So happy I stayed here. It was a perfect location in this great small city. The staff was so helpful giving me suggestions especially how to see the magnificent view of the city. All the rooms face the street which made me a little nervous because it overlooks a big square. But at least my room had a window and a balcony with another window and I heard literally no street noise. The breakfast was excellent. I needed an early taxi and the manager took care of everything and gave me her cell number in case I need anything when she wasn't at the hotel. This is the place to stay in this lovely city.

We stayed in this magnificent hotel for only one night as we were visiting several cities. The room of 10 and the entire hotel have been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The location could not be better. To highlight the attention offered by Veronica, who from the first moment made our visit to Toledo easier for us, indicating places to eat, tours or places to visit. 100% recommendable.

Lovely little hotel off the main plaza in Toledo. We had a Deluxe Double, which was modest in size, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and modern. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were concerned it might be noisy, due to the location, but the room and windows are very well insulated. For those with mobility issues, you should know that there are stairs to the first floor/lobby, but then there is a lift to the upper floors The veranda on the 5th floor was lovely at night! We felt the price was great, and we would definitely stay here again.
