A good hotel within the old city. Close to everything although you are bound to get lost at least once. Roof top bar offers wonderful views and has an extremely friendly attitude.
Breakfast was also really good with lots of choices.

We felt very disappointed when we asked for some chips or olives to have with the drinks. It is very common to have something like that without asking for it, but in this place (rooftop bar) you can’t.

They do have a car park just around the corner from the hotel. Be warned, it's much easier if you have a small car because Toledo streets are extremely narrow. The Carlos V website has a handy video showing the easiest route to take to their hotel. It's pretty easy to find considering Toledo is a maze of streets.
