We were given what I can only assume is the smallest room in the whole hotel. The room was so small you have to actually climb over the bed to get to the bathroom, as the bed is crammed between the two walls. The bathroom door has no lock, is made of glass and has about an inch gap between...

Travelling through Spain at a breakneck speed, we booked this hotel last minute from our previous destination in Toledo. I have to say that it's been one of my better decisions on this trip, and we opted to splurge a little more on a room with a view onto the Plaza with a balcony. Best decision we could ever have...

Dear guest, It is a pleasure for us to verify that your stay at Sercotel Las Torres was satisfactory. As indicated, our rooms overlooking the Plaza Mayor are a real pleasure when someone visits Salamanca, together with the ideal situation of the hotel to visit the city with just a walk. We will work to improve the quality of the...

The location is absolutely ultracentral in Salamanca, the staff is friendly and efficient but be aware: don't chose the basic room cause it is very very small. Plus, in our room the hole in the bathtub showed some rust and the smell from the bathroom wans't the best in the morning. Anyway if you are price minded, this hotel can...

Dear guest, We are glad that your experience in our hotel has generally been positive, and you highlight our situation and personal attention. Thank you for registering your comments and ratings. The economical double rooms are attractive for their rate, but if you want more amplitude we advise the standard double rooms. We are sure they will be a good...

The room is clean, comfortable and it has all the main necessities. The receptionists are helpful and could give you map and directions (I arrived during new year's eve period, thus the tourist information centre was closed). However, most importantly is the location. That one is hard to beat. It is literally just few steps away from Plaza Mayor.

I booked a night in this hotel, it look like a great idea, but thanks to booking.com and the poor costumer service of the hotel it ended up being a poor experience which I will never ever repeat. Location is fantastic, it's just around the corner from the plaza mayor, breakfast is poor and overrated and it costs 10€ pp....

Dear client, We appreciate the time taken to express your opinion about your stay at Las Torres Hotel. We feel that you have experienced a negative experience and that none of our services have resulted in your satisfaction. The price of our breakfast is correct, € 10 per person, and so was expecified in your reservation. We do not have...

I had reserved a double "sencillo" but the view was of a wall so went down to see Alberto (front desk) and for 9€ + moved to another type of double. Much bigger and comfortable...there was some cigarette smell but Alberto came up with air freshener. I have to say thanks to Alberto since he was very helpful with luggage,...

The hotel is literally 5 paces from the main square where you can eat well and have a drink with the typical free Tapa (small snack). The room was small for the four of us but suficient for the one night we stayed. We really enjoyed our stay.

With one of the best locations in town, near the plaza Mayor, this affordable hotel is a nice choice. Good wi fi service, the bathroom was ok, the staff was nice. Some parts of the bathroom was dirty however. The breakfast was great, with a view to the plaza Mayor. Typical 3 stars.

Sercotel Las Torres is situated in the heart of Salamanca with part of the rooms and breakfast room having a view to Plaza Mayor which means that you are close to everything (historical sites, shops, restaurants, …). The hotel is not very large and we stayed at the last floor facing back, where we could hear many different noises, namely...
