In line with other reviewers we found that there are positives and negatives with this hotel. Although I haven't tried other hotels, I'm surprised this comes out top in Segovia. Positives: . Very quiet street . Our room (at the back) also very quiet . Lovely view to the hills and Alcázar from own little terrace . Modern decor in...

Sometimes you find a hidden gem through trip advisor which is worthy of the rating. However this three star hotel is punching above its weight and is not worthy of the number one position on TripAdvisor. We were meant to stay two nights in this hotel, but we left after one night. We stayed in room 215. First reason for...

We decided to get a room with a view and we were so glad we did. We had a little terrace that we could sit on and look out over the lovely landscape and the nearby castle. Perfectly situated to walk anywhere in old town. The staff was very nice and very helpful. the included breakfast had a lot of...

We arrived and were greeted with a lovely warm welcome at reception which always bodes well in our view. Our family room was on the ground floor and was a more than adequate double (twins joined) with a put up bed for our son and a very large, clean and well fitted bathroom, plus the added bonus of a door...

We loved this hotel! The front of house manager was incredibly helpful, a real professional. He quickly directed us to the secure underground car park. The room was spacious with a small balcony which has wonderful views over distant countryside. The manager's partner even managed to crawl under my car and extract the small oil dipstick I had accidentally dropped...

This Hotel is delightful. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and charming with a wonderful view. The breakfast choice was varied. Very central for sightseeing. As other reviewers have mentioned, Spanish city centre hotels have parking problems and very narrow streets ( not a great combination). However, the Hotel garage facilities were close to the...

This is a small hotel on a narrow one way street which we had difficulty locating. Once found the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Parking accessible within hotel €13 per day. We occupied rooms 306 and 308, spacious and with balconies with stunning western views overlooking the castle. These rooms were very quiet, but the hotel is in...

Like all hotels in Segovia difficult to find! Once you have been round the one way system three times you find this small lovely hotel just a couple of minutes walk to the Plaza Mayor. Rooms are on the small size but space is valuable in the Centre of this beautiful walled city. Very quiet, immaculately clean, excellent shower.5 mins walk...

This is a three star hotel, so expectations were tempered but the place didn’t disappoint. Location by the Alcazar castle at the top of the town (everything else is downhill). The main square with restaurants and shops is a block away. Cathedral steps away. Street is one-way and narrow, so take a taxi from the train station as the bus...
