I was there for an official meet mixed with some fun activities. The place is made in an old building but quite centrally located, just across is most famous Street of Barcelona. So places around are convenient for walk, Cycling and touring. Also guided tours are available. As name suggests it's not hotel like but hostel like but quite like...

I stayed at Casa Gracia for three nights in a 6-bed dorm and had an excellent stay. The dorms are small but clean and the ensuite was great. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the upstairs kitchen was very welcome and overall the place was welcoming and cosy. The restaurant downstairs was a little chaotic but the food was excellent...

I've been to hostels in Dublin, Paris, Prague, Munich, and others and this is simply a cut above. The beds were basic but comfortable and the rooms were somewhat worn, but that really is that for low points. Attentive, friendly and accommodating staff, excellent facilities and a fantastic restaurant and basement bars - with unique décor - and some forgiving...

A very clean, modern hostel which is good for a stopover. A friend and I stayed for 4 nights in the summer, and found while staff were helpful in the restaurant, the reception staff didn't speak particularly good English, and we had to wait to check in to our room on arrival - not great after a day of travelling!...

I have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Casa Gracia with my son & 12 friends. When it was booked I was a little concerned because I had never stayed in a hostel before. I need not have worried because on arrival we all had a good feeling for the place & received a warm & friendly welcome....

An amazing place to stay in barcelona. My friend & I stayed here for a long weekend in june last year. The evening we got there, it was their 5 year anniversary of being open so there was a free party with wine and snacks on the terrace, which was a nice welcome! The whole place just feels like a...

Some rooms don't even have a chair or side table to put your book or anything, we booked 30 rooms for the MWC they charge up to 250€ per room and were basic, noise rooms, small beds and not very clean

We had to be in BCN and coincided with the Mobile Fair so there were no rooms available in the hotel wherel I usually stay and neither anywhere. We found through the web the very last room in Casa Gracia and booked it. Once we arrived it was a nice surprise, an excellent service, a innovative service model and a...

I can sincerely recommend this place!! Lovely building, nice, clean room, best location, helpful stuff, delicious breakfast! :-) I enjoyed every minute of my trip to Barcelona. Very good value for money! Rooms are quite small but if you come to Barcelona to see the city that's not a problem because you won't spend much time inside! :-) I truly...

Staying in Gracia

Neighbourhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the centre, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theatre that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
