I booked 2 rooms six months ago for the coming summer through BOOKING. Maximum occupancy in the rooms is 4 persons but it is emphasized on the site that an additional child up to the age of 12 can use the room's infrastructure at no cost and without an extra bed. I checked in front of the hotel and indeed...

We stayed here for one night before leaving for a cruise. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was great as we could walk pretty much anywhere, or take the metro located nearby. There were numerous restaurants in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful and let us leave our bags until our room was...

Fun place. Location very good. Price was very reasonable. Manager was very helpful. Place is small but rooms are very good sized. Kitchen had everything necessary, although we didn't use much. Perfect for this magical city.

Oh my, I want to live here! Our apartment was perfect - trendy, nicely furnished, huge comfortable bed, decently equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A very large and pleasant space situated close to the centre, perhaps slightly in the marginally less prosperous end of the street but still a nice neighbourhood. A lovely roof terrace completed the urban...

Perfect location... easy walk to metro or bus. Many stores and restaurants close by. The manage/staff was beyond helpful! The room was perfect for three. The kitchen was stocked with everything we might need. Loved it! Definitely recommend!

We walked from the Barcelona Sants train station to Up Suites. It was a very easy 12-15 minute walk. Reception was waiting for us even though we arrived during their afternoon closed hours. We didn't know they were closed then but had notified them of our arrival time and they made it work. Check in was easy, the gentleman working...

I travelled to Barcelona with my family, in a group of six (5 adults and 1 teenager), for 3 days and we stayed in Up Suites BCN for 2 nights. We took the Airport bus. It took us around 15 minutes to walk from the bus stops to arrive the apartment. The nearest metro station is around 10-minute walk. Bus...

We stayed at the Up Suites as a family for three nights. The apartments are modern and spacious - we had a two bedroom split level apartment with an outdoor courtyard which was great for a family of five. Location is great -in a nice safe are within walking distance to all key slights and on metro etc. Staff are...

Up Suites Bcn was a lovely place to stay in Barcelona. The neighborhood felt very safe and had a number of shops nearby such as a pharmacy, cafes and a large supermarket. Also it was located between two metro stations that made it easy to get to Parc Guell and the Sagrada Familia and Las Ramblas. The room was very...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
