La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-metre boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetising selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.

Review collected in partnership with this hotel
I stayed here as a lone traveller in a small double room. The room was functional with a comfy bed. The bathroom was nice. The hotel was quiet and just a very short walk from the nearest Metro station Drassanes. It is right at the end of La Rambla and so extremely conveniently

Hi, Do the bathrooms have solid, opaque locking doors for privacy, and not glass or sliding doors?
Good morning Artfornodriving, Thank you for your interest in our hotel. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by an opaque door. If you wish, you can visit our website, where you will find pictures of the rooms. I hope this answers your question. Greetings, Bernat Alonso Marketing Manager

Do you have a shuttle from the cruise port to the hotel?
We took a port shuttle bus that ran from the cruise ship to the Christopher Columbus statue. From there it is a 5 or 10 minute walk to the hotel. Bus was 2 or 3 Euros.

Does anyone know the best site to buy tours from or place. Thanks
We arranged all private tours with our group with our travel agent these were the best tours. We walked a short distant and purchased the hop on hop off bus ticket at the bus stop...this is a wonderful way to see any city.
