This hotel is well overdue for a major refurbishment. Many of the rooms and common areas are somewhat run down.
Breakfast buffet is of the simple continental style.
Staff not being overly eager to help with even simple requests.
Booked by an agent and we don't really like it. It has no character, could be any hotel in any city.
Very cheap with toiletries and no shampoo. 25€ deposit to use the in room safe is absurd.
Very busy street.
