I had thoroughly researched this hotel before our trip to Barcelona as it had great reviews but some said it was too far out of the way. Well, we ended up staying only one night here in their smallest room #12, but it was no...More
What a terrific hotel, close enough to the Metro to get to anywhere we wanted to go to in Barcelona. From the greeting at the front desk to the immaculate room and comfortable bed we have nothing that we can say negative about this hotel....More
The hotel lived up to my expectations based upon previous reviews. The hotel staff is more than helpful in every way. It was an easy walk from all of the main areas in Barcelona with a supermarket very close by.
My parents needed a luxury hotel for a nights rest after a long haul flight. We booked it rather late and so it seemed quite pricey. However. It was worth ever euro! We stayed there two nights in two double rooms as they had no...More

I think we stayed what was called a "superior double," which had a large bedroom (plus a large sofa) looking towards the garden and a bathroom. There was also a relatively large space (like an entrance hall) between the bedroom and the door where there was a closet, a mini bar etc. The bathroom was not separated by a glass partition - it was an independent "room." At that time, I think we paid around 200 Euro per night. I thought it was worth it. I really liked the hotel and I highly recommend it.
We used the public airport shuttle bus called the Aerobús. I believe it was around 5 euro each way. Takes you to the city center, from there, we rode the metro rail. You can buy a multi ride pass for 10 euro.

If you have lots of luggage and want an easy option, then a taxi would be best. This will probably take about15 minutes and can be a good way to see some of the city. However, it is really easy to get to the hotel by metro and that is how we did it. It will also be cheaper and not much different timewise. From Estacio Sants, go to Diagonal metro and then Les Tres Torres. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk away and it is a good way to orient yourself. If you are going to be in Barcelona for a couple of days then I would suggest getting a metro pass as a cost effective way of getting around - if you are doing more than 5 metro trips, it is certainly better value having a pass than paying separately. Enjoy Barcelona.
