Had a lovely stay at Acacia, the location can't be beat. Close to everything the lovely city of Barcelona has to offer. Had a family suite, 3 children and two adutls, we all fit well. Only caveat is the division between the bedroom and the living room is not complete up to the ceiling. The wall and door only go...

We had booked the apartments last minute after some research. The hotel is ideally situated just a minute away from the hospital clinic metro station. it is situated in a nice residential area just outside of the busy central district but only a couple of stops from most of the key attractions in Barcelona. There are some great local restaurants...

Plenty of room in our 3rd floor room for three of us, all adults. Within walking distance to all attractions and many good restaurants minutes from the hotel. Above all was the attentiveness and friendliness of the reception staff-especially to Gus,Marco,Eduardo, and Monica, all of whom made us feel welcome and well-taken care of!

Lovely helpful staff, fantastic suite, would definitely recommend. It is in the quieter part of Barcelona, but metro stop two minutes away, bus turista stop only 5 blocks north; both blue and red routes. Lots of excellent places to eat/ drink with recommendation s from hotel staff proving worth listening to, especially The Patron. Lots of supermarkets to make use...

We stayed here with 2 teenage children having decided to try an Aparthotel for the first time having felt we had totally outgrown 'Family' rooms in hotels as we needed more space and to some extent more privacy. Acacia was the perfect solution, with the sliding separating door creating 2 bedrooms we all had our own space and our own...

2 night stay in barcelona family of 4 (2 teenagers and 2 adults) Perfect for us. Good size suit, dividers in room gave some privacy between sofa bed and double bed. Lovely and clean. Staff lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Located out of main tourist centre but 2mins walk to metro. Go walking though as it is a...

Great staff, excellent sized clean rooms in a great location. Only thing was room was a little too hot for my liking. Don't know if there is any air con, if there was it was off in February, but couldn't see any option to turn it on and the windows were locked. Also very loud plumbing from my room, whenever...

Acacia Suites We chose this 'apart hotel' as it was recommended by the company we were visiting. We were a bit concerned that it was situated in an area we didn't know. However, the positive reviews we read were all deserved. The room- it was a suite - was excellent with plenty space and had everything we needed. There was...

We had a one bdrm kitchenette for a week. The room was clean and all the facilities were as promised and completely functional. The views are of the cityscape, but the sunsets are to be enjoyed from the Terrace (Terazza). The desk staff (Gustavo, Eduardo, Fabrizio and Fernanda) were friendly and a source of great information (transit, sights, advice, tips,...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
