Beautiful Hotel great location right in the centre of everything but on a quiet street. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Rooftop Bar well worth a visit, excellent cocktails. Good size room with dressing gowns slippers and plenty of toiletries in bathroom. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel has a great location, just a few steps away from Plaza de Cataluna, which is a great place to start all your (sightseeing) trips. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever had. Great Nespresso coffee and breakfast is served also served late, so you can sleep in a bit while enjoying your holiday. Use...

As mentioned numerous times the Hotel Pulitzer is in a great location. Easy access/walking distance to many attractions, metro and Aerobus Travelled solo and felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at night. Reception personnel were extremely curteous and friendly while providing detailed information or directions. All questions were treated with equal weight regardless of their nature. The...

This hotel is in a great location. Right around the corner from Plaza de Cataluna at the top of Las Ramblas. The airport bus drops you off in the plaza which is good if you are solo or dont have too much luggage. Unfortunatley our stay was unpleasant due to all the noise from neighbors and cleaning staff. The doors...

Hotel Pulitzer is a class act -- modern, crisp rooms that are a nice size for a big city (great linens, mattress, toiletries). Their breakfast, which was included in the rate, was delicious and in a pretty atrium setting in the back of the hotel.Walking distance to Las Ramblas, but it's on a quiet side street with plenty of restaurant...

We stayed at this hotel prior to leaving on our cruise. It is located just off Las Ramblas - easy walking to everywhere. The staff was wonderfully accommodating - fabulous roof top outdoor bar. Staying in El Raval

Neighbourhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
