Me and two friends stayed for 2 nights/3 days. We arrived to find out we were sharing a mixed room (fair enough we should have double checked while booking) so if that's not your thing I wouldn't recommend. Also, the bathroom and kitchen were messy and unclean. Things placed on every available counter space and the benches and showers weren't...

First of all, this place is a flat remodeled into a hostel. Therefore, the shared room is basically a large living room with sofas and beds. There are two private rooms, one of which has a balcony with a magnificent view at the la rambla street. I stayed one night in the private room with a balcony and three nights...

Overall was nice, the rooms are ok and clean and also the bathroom. Common area felt neglected and not clean, staff ok. The location is nice and pretty central even though it is not right in the middle of the Ramblas. Wouldn't come back again. ..

I really enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed there. In general it was kind of a flat sharing atmosphere as if we were in college. We had our own room, the staff was young, fun, helpful and perfectly able to speak English. Furthermore there was a kitchen we could use, the bathroom was clean and the location of the hostel...

Thank you for your positive review. You point out what we think is the best quality of the hostel: to be a nice place where young people can interact with each other.

We stayed for 3 nights. You pay for what you get. It's a decent hostel, don't expect much in terms of quality of installations. The kitchen was nasty, and there was only one toilet! Which sometimes didn't even have toilet paper...as for the showers, the level of cleanliness was the same as the rest of the apartment... And one negative...

One of the guys I was traveling with had stayed here before so we went with it, cool. At check in they said they were having "issues" with our room and rented a flat for us to stay in (15-20 minute walk away). So we walked with our luggage to the new flat, no biggie. Once we got there, we...

I spent 4 nights here and had a great time! The location is perfect as it doesn't take long to walk to any of the main sights and is right in the middle of all the shops, across from Zara and next to Mac. Everyone was really friendly and helpful and knew enough english to communicate well. There was a...

This is an opinion about the same facts (23/01) written by the same person that seems to have kind of obsession with our property. We strongly believe that this person has shown a lack of respect towards our work and staff members. After she knew that her reservation was cancelled for technical reasons, and I must say, fortunately for all...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
