OK the staff were wonderfull really friendly and helpful. The single room was like poision cell . No air-conditioning. No safe . No iron in room . No kettle. Couldn't spend a lot of time in room felt to crampt. I wouldn't class my room as a room more of a box . Very run down

Hotel a little out of the way from the action, but walking distance to train station. Check in was pleasant and staff were always willing to help. Front desk staffed 24/7 which is great Breakfast was shared with another hotel- but had plenty of food and staff. Room and bathroom nice size. Apparently air conditioning is controlled by front desk-...

Decent hotel. Not especially well located. Rooms are mainly for double occupancy but it has 1 single room with a single bed on every floor (according to the floor plan on each floor). And unfortunately for me, I think I got the worst one: 107 (if I remember correctly). Very small room, clean, single bed, comfortable enough for 2 nights....

A nice tidy hotel at a good price with friendly staff. My only major critique would be that I can hear literally everything in the room next. The breakfast is probably worth giving a miss, the quality is good just a tad expensive

Nice, small hotel with a great location - 5 min walk to the Hospital metro station. Rooms are clean, maybe a bit small, but for this price - are perfect. Wifi works good in rooms. The hotel's staff speak perfectly English. There are a lot of cafes, El Corte Ingles shopping mall next to the Hotel. So, if you are...

The Sunotel Junior is a great base for a reasonably priced stay in a wonderful city. It's 5 mins walk from the Hospital clinic metro stop. Two single tickets from the airport to this stop cost 9€. As stated in previous reviews the hotel is a distance from the main touristy bits but there are plenty of bus stops nearby...

I stayed there for two nights and I think it was good. This is a very cheap hotel to stay therefore you shouldn't expect something luxurious. It just takes 3 minutes from the hotel to Hospital Clinic Metro Station on foot. The staff are helpful and polite and the rooms are clean.

Nice hotel , small rooms but get what you pay for, it's clean which is the main thing and good distance to centre, reviews saying it's far away from the main bit but only far away if you're lazy as far as I'm concerned , 20-30 walk at a leasurly pace

My friend and I stayed here at the week-end. Less than 5 mins walk from the Metro (Hospital Clinic. If you come out onto Carrer del comte D'urgell exit, walk up the street with the Escola Industrial on your left, cross the road and the hotel is just on your left). Lovely cafes, restaurants and bars all close by. Rooms...

Hotel services have low quality regarding: -room space is very small -beds are twins only even if we have booked a room with matrimonial bed; -noise in the room when sleeping from other rooms One big advantage is the location near metro and the relative center position & cleanness.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
