Decent hotel but reception staff not the friendliest. Seemed like they were struggling to be pleasant. Breakfast was from 8-10.30 however if you weren't there at 8 there was never any of the cooked breakfast left and had to wait 10 mins to find one of the few staff to ask for more and then had to wait another 5...

We stayed here for 2 nights with family and on the second day when we arrived our room door was wide open!! We had two separate rooms that were connected with a corridor that opened only with the room key and both the corridor room door and the other room door were wide open with all our luggage including laptops,...

We apologize again for the mistake of the maid leaving your main door open. We have opened a disciplinary proceedings to the maid for her mistake and we have talked with all the staff so that a similar error does not happen again. Since our opening in October 2004 I do not remember a situation like this and I think...

We stayed in this hotel before the start of a tour. Reception was very busy and were having a few issues, this caused a few problems and confusion ( eg at one stage we were locked out of our room because of confusion with our booking). Otherwise it was good basic accommodation particularly close to Sagrada de Familia. A good...

We had 4 nights in Barcelona and would probably have preferred to stay nearer the Gothic quarter and La Rambla but the location of this hotel was fine. Just a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro (it seemed a lot more on arrival, after the journey and a couple of changes of train after leaving the airport!). As the...

I really enjoy my stay in this Hotel. Nice staff, clean room, good location, and good price. wish it has a bigger pool, but how cares as long as you can enjoy the beautiful beach. Definitely recommend and hope to go back there again.

I stayed for 2 days. It is near the Squads Familia. And there were lots of restaurant. The room was not large, but enough. The breakfast was not simple as I expected. Generally it was a nice stay experience.

I just stayed one night and I thank God I found this hotel because it saved me while I was dealing with an emergency situation. This hotel is really close to the Sagrada Familia and to the underground station that is right below the monument, so from there you can reach all the other areas of Barcelona pretty easily. The...

PRO. Good value, clean, comfortable, good bathroom with hair dryer, good desk space., good buffet breakfast, friendly staff, good location in a neighborhood two blocks from Sagrada Familia and metro, near shops & restaurants. CON. Room and clothes cupboard are both slightly small but nevertheless comfortable and acceptable.

My heading pretty much summarizes it. I would not say excellent location and only convenience is near the mega church Sagrada Familia. Otherwise, I prefer to stay near Placa de Catalunya where you have more choices for eatery in reasonable price, Aerobus (airport bus) stops there and of course people in action. This place is one train or bus ride...
