The hotel is in a great location in the Barri Gotic but only about 200m from La Rambla. Most interesting areas/sights in Barcelona can be reached easily from here. The hotel is excellent with comfortable rooms and a very good buffet breakfast. The staff at breakfast are very helpful and friendly, as are the other staff at the hotel. The...

Stayed here for just one night May 2017. The room was deplorable, torn curtains (see foto) ripped chair, dirty moldy bathroom, chipped paint, warped wallpaper. We asked for another room which was only marginally better...i.e., there was no torn chair since there was NO chair. And the curtains were not ripped. I cannot advise strongly enough to STAY AWAY from...

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in May 2017. We arrived before 15:00, but our room was ready for us, which was nice. We were with 4 adults (20+), and booked a 4 persons room. The room is sufficient enough in terms of space, bathroom is big compared to the actual room. Bathroom was good, but could be...

The staff were very accommodating when we arrived over an hour before official check-in. They promptly dealt with us. Room was clean and comfy. Location was ideal with only short walks to restaurants and sights. The breakfast was extensive and very nice. Would recommend and have no problem staying here on a future visit. We paid more than the norm...

Cold room, bath too dirty to use. Front staff helpful but wouldn't return here. The location is good, and the restaurant next door serves great breakfast and is popular with the locals. Our room had a spa bath but unfortunately the brown sludge surrounding the jet outlets put us off using it. The heating wasn't working and as we arrived...

Dear Guests, Thank you for your comments about your recent stay with us. I would firstly like to apologize if you were not satisfied with our services. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to have heating and air conditioning working simultaneously; this fact is indicated in all our our sales channels in order to prevent misunderstandings. At the moment...

Ok, good things first- great location near Placa Catalunya and 2 Metro stations, spacious bathroom with a big bath and comfy king size bed. Unfortunately there were several significant problems with our stay 1. Despite emailing the hotel with our arrival time our room was still not ready an hour after check in time. After an 0330 start we couldn't...

Dear Guest, I would firstly like to apologize for the inconveniences you suffered during your stay with us. We are sorry that your room was not available until 16:00pm, and you are right that our published check in time is at 15:00pm. I can only imagine that we had a few unforeseen setbacks that day, so again, I'm sorry. It's...

Nice location as the hotel is very close to Passeig de Gràcia. It took about 10 minutes to La Rambla. The hotel itself is somewhat small. We stayed in a family room with one king-size bed with bunk beds. For those with small kids, I strongly recommend you to order special safety side rails for the bunk beds. Our kids...

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
