Detailed Reviews
This hotel has been recently acquired by another company I can say that the new management is keeping the same level of excellence that I was use to find here.
The location is great, just round de corner from the bus station, 5 min walk from the train station and another short walk from the city centre. Many amenities around, including nice restaurants, cafes, a shopping centre attached to the hotel and El Corte Inglés is next door.
The rooms are spacious, very well kept, extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast is good, with several sweet and sour choices, including some traditional especialities like empanada gallega, overall very recommended.
The best thing about this hotel is definitely its personnel. No matter in what shift you may need something, they all will sort everything out in no time. I would also like to highlight one employee in particular: her name is Iria and she is definitely the kind of person that makes the difference in a customer facing role, she is very efficient, attentive, polite, friendly, helpful, professional and always with the best of the smiles. Definitely an employee that elevates the image of a brand.

I chose this option as we needed to be near the train station during our stay for a number of day trips elsewhere in Galicia and I am quite happy I chose this option as other options dotted around the city would have resulted in long walks, bus journeys or taxis.
This hotel is located in Cuatro Caminos so close to the bus station and about a 10 minute walk from the train station.
We booked a Premium Junior Suite which averaged €80 a night including breakfast. The room on the top floor was lovely and spacious. Beds were really comfortable and large. The bathroom area was large with separate bath and shower areas.
For those wondering about standard rooms the ones on the 5th floor at least are in the same decoration as this one but half the size. The room lacks tea and coffee facilities in the room but there is a vending machine downstairs. There is a minibar in the room but its also cheaper to use the machines downstairs if needed.
Breakfast was ok not the best, but not the worst I've had.
The hotel is heavily used in winter by Spanish IMSERSO groups. Thankfully the guests being older are all asleep well before midnight so peace and quiet is more or less guaranteed at night. They are also funnelled off into a separate dining area for breakfast so it never feels too crowded.
Wifi works reasonably well and is free for guests.
Another plus point here is that you can have your luggage stored on the day of departure.
A taxi is about €15 each way to and from the Airport and takes about 10 minutes.
I would stay here again if given the choice of hotels in A Coruña.

Good hotel. Clean nice rooms and a fabulous bed.
20 min walking from the historical center and the area of restaurants
If you want to do a session of shopping this is the place as it is just near 2 major shopping center. Also in the area is easy to find places for eat
The hotel has a deal with one of the shopping centers parking for 10 eur/day parking

Good hotel to spend a few days in A Coruña, comfortable rooms, well located, correct treatment and a fairly complete breakfast. There is the option of parking in the shopping center next door for €10 a day if you take it for two days or more. We would repeat if we visited the city again.

I went - in fact, I'm still - to A Coruña, leaving at this hotel with my whole family. We got room number 432, 32m2. Overlooking Ramon and Cajal Avenue. Clean every day, has been enough for our plans: have a base to explore Galicia. The property is centrally located, close to the bus station and not far from the train station. Breakfast is varied, but not exactly continental. There are no sausages - which I appreciate - and no fried eggs at the moment. Quite simply, cheeses, hams, varied fruit, nuts, regional sweets... The treatment has been very friendly from the staff. They have been of great help to us throughout. We highly recommend it. The price, for a centrally located four-star, is not excessive.

The hotel I think gives a good service although honestly I think it has a star left over
Eurostar has better hotels with three with equal service and better facilities
In case they had to change my room after housing me even knowing in reception that this room was not operative for circumstances that I will not comment
When they change me there were other situations related to maintenance that they must correct but I no longer wanted to change rooms a second time
The lazy breakfasts as always in the chain that I have already reviewed other times and more if we are talking according to a category marked of a 4 stars
Parking in the mall next to the hotel for 10 euros a day
Opportunities for improvement

Highly recommended, it has parking next to the hotel entrance. Spacious and accessible reception, well soundproofed room and the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced. Guaranteed rest. There are taxis at the entrance to get you to the center very cheaply.
The staff was unbeatable, the receptionist was charming and efficient with a small problem that occurred at check-in, she resolved it quickly, the breakfast man is really friendly and makes sure that everything is to your liking and the maids are very quiet and Friendly, everyone with a smile on their face.
I felt very comfortable, I will repeat without hesitation! Very good team and very good work!!

Pretty disappointed. Not at all meets the requirements of a 4-star. The room had stains on the walls, washbasin tap with weather dirt, hairs in the bathtub mold on the tiles of the
Bathroom.. I had to ask for a change of room and the next one the pillowcases were missing,, the shower faucet didn't change to bathtub mode., the truth that pretty deplorable for what I have paid. I won't repeat

A few days ago I was at the hotel with IMSERSO. The truth is very good. Large and quiet room, full bathroom. (cleanliness, staff attention, very central, very quiet). Normal food, not bad at all. If I return to A Coruña I will repeat.

Very good room, cleanliness and treatment of all the staff. But all of this is seriously marred by the VERY TERRIBLE food. I travel a lot and this food is the worst I have ever seen. With the ingredients used, also of very low quality, it can be made better if there is will, desire and a little knowledge. a shame
