Firstly, the woman on reception was quite surly and not very welcoming. The superior room we booked had a small bottle of water to share between two of us. (We had to buy some across the street in a supermarket). The promised bath robes never materalised and the complementary mini breakfast was non existent. On a more positive note, the rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. A good hotel to see La Coruna, but it could be a lot better with a little more attention to detail.

The hotel is in the center of the city which makes it an easy walk in all directions. They do not have their own parking and the nearby lot is about $19 per night. We were only there one night and it was an adequate place to stay. The room was comfortable but the included breakfast was somewhat limited.

The hotel offers a few very good things: a boutique downstairs where you can buy food and drinks at night and a coffee machine (you also pay for).
The room we had was on the top floor with no windows (they were protected with metal sheets you could barely see through!), bathrobes and slippers were not available. Amenities were decent.
Definitely not worth the price.

This is a great hotel in downtown Coruna. It is close to Pontevedra Square and Riazor Beach. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff is nice and attentive. The place is super clean! The cleaning ladies are doing a great job keeping the place free of viruses.

This was one of cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Located two blocks from the beach, great for running. The breakfast buffet is okay (could use more fresh fruit and variety throughout the week). Staff are attentive and helpful. Would come again.

Just checked out from a lovely 5 night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend. The location is fantastic - right next to Pontevedra and a short walk to the marina and old town. There are plenty of bus stops nearby too. The hotel is spotless and the rooms appear to have been recently upgraded. Our beds were so comfortable! I also made use of the gym facilities twice during my stay and it was great.

Hotel is very conveniently located near to restaurants, port, shops, bars and restaurants.
The hotel itself was very clean with lovely white towels and bedding.
The terrace was only available for functions - not for comfort of guests
The secret room seemed to have nice saying and tables but again not for guests use
Downside - no bar, no restaurant (except for breakfast), no room service!
Mini bar was just a small empty fridge
No shower cap in bathroom, no cotton buds
Not really what I expect from 4 star hotel anywhere in the world!
The hotel itself was very clean with lovely white towels and bedding.

Central hotel with all the amenities necessary. Very comfortable and spacious room, well decorated and recently renovated. Good breakfast with enough variety for a city hotel. Central location. No private parking but easy to park on the street.

Nice clean hotel. Great location near shopping and restaurants . Downside is that there is no bar. Breakfast was normal continental. Check out was 12pm. I would visit again if i stayed in A coruna. Reception staff were very good. Rooms were cleaned most days.

Central location, new and modern.
Arrived at this hotel 2 days early. They had no problem booking us in straight away. Very nice lobby and corridor areas.
Room was completely spotless, amenities and facilities good.
Staff at the hotel very good aswell. They can speak fluent English.
The only problem that I had with this hotel was that they put a block of GBP200 on my card without telling me.
Other than that, I totally recommend this hotel.
