Pleasant hotel, fairly basic but comfortable and clean. No restaurant but large dining area where you could help yourself to basic breakfast and similar foods 24 hours of the day at no cost. Small terrace outside the breakfast room where you coul eat alfresco . Special arrangement with a local car park got 10 Euros per day.

You feel very welcome, the staff is superb. Good english for a change. Nice terrace to breathe or to smoke. The room was a bit worn-out, we got a non-designed mansard room with ceiling windows and low slope, try to ask something else. 24 h free breakfast is a very blessed idea, but hei, better without vegetables than moldy tomatoes...

The rooms were lovely and clean, hotel recently refurbished. 24 hour buffet. Very nice terrace to sit out in when the weather is good. I would definitely return. Parking is 10 Euros a night. 2 minutes walk away and the hotel stamp your ticket.

This hotel is very close to the cathedral but just outside the old town and on a nice quiet street. Steps away from the museum of Galician people. The 24 hour breakfast buffet let's you pop down for coffee or tea any time and since we had to catch an early bus did the airport we were able to grab...

Oh dear. This is not a cheap hotel at this time of year. Nice location and in traditional part of town. But it is let down by the tutting, eye rolling, argumentative staff. We travel loads and are pretty adaptable but: dirty rooms, towels with holes in - on three occasions- a 'free minibar' which was only occasional bottles of...

Stayed here at thecend of our Camino walk, very close to Cathedral and historic center. Room was very clean and tidy. Wonderful 24 hour breakfast bar! Staff was very helpful with recommendations for shopping, called taxi for airport and printed our boarding passes. Felt this was very good value at 87€.

This hotel is located within the old city of Santiago and is close to bars, shops and the cathedral. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The self serve breakfast was great and we could prepare our food as we like it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My mother and I stayed in a twin room and while the room size is fairly small for two adults with luggage, the room and hotel were clean and comfortable. There is a 24 hour breakfast buffet which is great - bread, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, cake and cereal. Definitely value for money in a good location.

We stayed in the Bonaval Hotel for two nights after completing the Camino. We were very happy with the hotel. The 24 hour Buffet arrangement meant we could come and go as we pleased. Our room was clean and bright. Since it was on the top floor we were quite warm despite the air conditioning. I would stay here again.
