Stayed overnight when visiting the city and was pleased to be able to walk to the cathedral in 20 mins.....slightly longer to walk back uphill. Nice clean site with modern facilities. Not Acsi. There is a very good shopping mall across the road.

The pitches were fairly flat but not very big and as the site was busy we felt the most hemmed in this holiday. Toilet facilities were excellent and the reception staff were helpful. Its location is excellent and getting the bus into Santiago is easy but it didn't justify paying so much more than in many other sites. They have... More

As it was the only campsite near Santiago de Compostela, we opted for safety and security for our Campervan. The site was sign posted, and check in was straight forward. 1 Night, 2 Adults (5,30 each), Pitch (10,60) and Electricity (5) worked out a total of 26,20. The most money we've spent for a campsite so far. The bus stop... More

Its the only campsite in town, and is around 2km from the town centre. There was a bus stop just up the road from the camp. Nearby was a huge hypermarket complex which was handy for shopping. The campsite itself was OK if a little grubby, the amenities were looking a little dated but they were functional. The pitches were... More

Lovely site, very relaxed and friendly, flat protected sites, clean facilities. Restaurant serving superb food and drink. Highly recommended, especially this time of year as it's quiet and spacious! Be aware of steep hill into site, dodgy on a motorbike as we were.

Santiago is a 'feel good' place - great atmosphere in the cathedral square as hundreds of pilgrims arrive every day, after walking for weeks. This campsite is well placed 2km / just over a mile from the centre - reasonable walk, easy cycle on main roads. Adequate pitches - vary in size. Professionally run with good facilities, including pool which... More

Campground good located to visit Santiago and it's old town. Walking distance to the attractions, we walked it twice a day. Public transportation close to the ground. Not a place for vacations but to stay overnight ok. Clean facilities of course. No camp cards accepted.

Primarily stay here to visit the town and its history. The site is terraced with most pitches under small trees so plenty of shade. No hard standings for motorhomes so a little 'grubby'. Clean but dated facilities showers and toilets, large unheated swimming pool, cafeteria and restaurant. Cathedral 20 minutes walk or a No 4 bus. Taxi back less than... More

This campground was perfectly adequate for all our needs. The facilities were clean, restaurant was nice and the staff were fantastic, especially the receptionist. Really well situated for the town, either by bus or walking.

Well worth staying here if you want to visit Santiago de Compostela. We used the bus service into town and then taxi back from praze de Galicia. Although the pitches are on the small side, the facilities are great... Pool brilliant too! Highly recommended
