This is a pretty good hotel. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough to help. It is well placed in the city and 5 minutes from the old town. The room had some excellent features - the bath room was tops. But there is a shortage of sockets to plug in phones etc. Also the TV is...

My initial stop on a roadtrip through Galicia started with what could have been a disaster when I left my phone in the taxi that took me from the airport to the hotel. The front desk of the hotel did an amazing job, moving heaven and earth to find the driver's name, locate him and get the phone back, which...

Great location downtown Vigo, the staff were exceptionally good both at reception and at breakfast. The wifi was good and breakfast was in a super location with balcony on the 7th floor. The hotel is not large and the rooms compact but a very good experience

My wife and I spent six nights at this hotel for New Year's Eve. The hotel is very well located, close to old center, shopping street, plenty of bars and restaurants around. If you want to spend New Year's Eve in Vigo, you should stay at this hotel. We received a nice and big room, with a pretty big terrace...

Located in the old town, a mid-size Hotel, nothing Special when you first see the building. The difference make the most welcoming staff members, who help you whereever they can. Location perfect, near the sea Promenade, the old town, the Shopping area and a lot of Restaurants.

I had the extremely unpleasant stay at the hotel over the weekend. The receptionist was very good with directions and ordering taxis. We had requested a quite upper floor room.We received a twin room on floor 4 which was adequate. I asked the receptionist how to work the air conditioning it was 21 degrees outside so it was needed you...

Stayed here before starting the Portuguese Camino from Baoina. Great location, just minutes from the main port and a smattering of restaurants. The room we had was huge, with good wifi, and offered us a pleasant sea view. The buffet breakfast was atypical based on other hotels we stayed in - and it was delicious! The hotel staff were exceptionally...

Stayed a few nights for the Isla Cies, very good location. Some very nice modern bars just a couple of minutes from the door and the old town 5 minutes away, as with the ferry ports. Staff very helpful. Location excellent. Staff brilliant Room pretty small. Air Con average at best. Still enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights, and were really pleased with the hotel and its staff. Breakfast was excellent, and the 7th floor space is also great for drinks in the evening. The staff went out of their way to help us and to answer questions. The location was great. I thought the need for...
