The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It has a good choice of TV and radio channels. The restaurant has two coffee machines that are at guests' service for 24 hours for free. Location is near center and about 1,7km from bus station.

Three day business trip to the Port of Vigo. A simple, clean and affordable hotel perfectly located close to the Galician ship yards. A good breakfast and service provided by friendly helpful staff whom promote a vibrant city.

This first day of our El Camino Portugues, my wife and I walked 18 miles to reach Vigo, where we spent the night in room 119 here. Our room was nice, with a queen-sized bed, a desk and chair, and a small closet. The en suite bathroom shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed had an adequately firm mattress for my bad back. Desk people were very friendly and helpful, and they did pretty well in English. The included breakfast buffet here was good, with lots of cold choices. The hotel’s location in historic centro was pretty good, although it required a many-miles-long walk from the edge of town to get there.

When I arrived from Madrid I was a bit disappointed. I thought the room was sparse. But it grew on me and I love this place. I am going away for a couple nights before coming back. My next reservation is elsewhere and I wish I could cancel. The location is great. It’s within walking distance to the train, the water, parks, great restaurants and shopping. I have room 601. It’s worth the extra $ for the HUGE terrace. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff couldn’t be any more accommodating.

I stayed here for a day. The place is clean and correct, although not with many details. No restaurant or room service. Apart from that, it is ok to have a proper place to sleep in. The location is also very convenient
