This hotel has it all. A modern hotel with bar and service. Kids were well taken care of in the spa. Very service minded personnel all over. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I just want to come back!!!

This lovely hotel well deserves its Number One TA slot. Not cheap by any means, but good value for the price – it really feels luxurious, the facilities are all first rate, and the staff are lovely - and fluent in several languages. A great base if you’re visiting the Cies Islands – the luxury here is a delightful contrast...

Nice hotel with a posh interior. As for the personnel - they could be more down to earth and speak a better English. Breakfast was not a very special, despite the expectations. Haven't tried the spa facilities due to the lack of time.

This place felt like a treat! The great whirlpool bathtub in the room, the super tech and the atmosphere. I asked for a quiet room (light sleeper) and was given a room at the back with just roof lights. No view, but that was fine. It took me a while though to figure out that there were electric shutters to...

Very good location, friendly staff, a good balance price and quality, a room (Gold suite) is very comfortable and equipped with electronics. It's a little bit surprise, that 5 stars hotel does not offer a complimentary water in a room.

Huge suite for 216 including SPA was not bad. Its a classy place, the SPA is mainly the pool with jets and Jacuzis on the roof which is well worth a visit. Downstairs there is a Sauna, Steam room - that lacks a relax/chill area and its many floors from the pool where one would normaly relax. The Gym is...

yes it is pricey, we paid 433 euro for 2 nights including breakfast and spa, it was well worth it, we didn't get to use the in-room spa bath but the pool on the roof was lovely (1 hour access per day), the gym and sauna can be accessed free of charge even without the spa pacakge. Breakfast was lovely...

At first I was taken aback by the Las Vegas style glitz, mirror and chic youthful style. But the lobby was none the less bright and the staff welcoming and helpful. Once to our room I knew I was in the right place. Room - modern, clean, bright with thoughtful design. Unlike the current modern trend of black, here all...

Lovely, light filled room with all the modern conveniences. The hydro spa was fantastic except it required going down to floor -1 to collect towels, and access up to the roof top. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it. The only thing that let the hotel down was that there was no staff in the restaurant when we arrived for breakfast the...

Just spent 3 nights at this hotel and experienced the best and most helpful service. Reception was excellent and couldn't do enough for us, giving directions, advice and contacting our dinner booking to arrange a birthday surprise. The rooms were comtemporary clean and lots of hot water. No problems whatsoever . We enjoyed the complimentary CAVA, certainly one of the...
