We stayed foe 3 night at the hotel. It is very run down. The staff is rude and unfriendly. When calling if you don't speak Spanish they hang up on you. The rooms are small. Bathrooms are very outdated. They do not offer shampoo only soap. Our room had cockroaches in the bathroom. There is no way to control the... More

Is no way I'll recommend this hotel. Our experience was a bad one because is a 2start hotel and not a 4 star. Rooms are old, smelly and broken. Is close to a subway station and to the Royal Palace which makes it central, but the accommodation conditions being so worst, it cuts off the location advantage.

Breakfast.... like a 2 star hotel... bar.. like a 1 star hotel... but anyway god location with metro and train 50 m away... next visit... another hotel with a good breakfast and a bar where you not feel that you are back in the 1970... you have room where you... This hotel was part of a tour so I had no say in the booking, would not be my first choice. However In all honesty the staff were very helpful and friendly at the front desk. The pro is its near the subway, bus stop and really nice coffee/bar and other other places to eat.

Great location 15 minutes walk from the centre of everything with both underground and mainline stations across the road. Really very tired and never a four star hotel, the staff were very helpful and polite.

The hotel is well located, it is across the street from a shopping mall with several restaurants and a subway station. But the service from reception at all is very bad, the reservations sector is a mess, the checkin also. They even cannot find my name in the list and asked to contact the travel Agency... just after so many... More

Hotel is very outdated and shabby. I booked it because on booking.com it was mentioned that they have airport shuttle service, and when I asked for it, the receptionist told me in an arrogant way that they have never had anything like that. I said nicely that maybe you should notify booking.com, but he just grinned at me. Later on... More

This hotel is a tired hotel which needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it to the 4 star rating it claims to have. We booked this a 1 part of a trip to Madrid and Barcelona. I normally do not complain about the hotel however it was not what we expected. The room (713) was large... More

We had fantastic stay at the hotel, we asked for room at the back as we read up on the hotel before we went stayed (room 857) as the road is very busy at the front opposite a tube station. We had balcony view across the river air conditioning not the greatest. Great location for town centre and football stadiums.... More
