This place is beyond amazing. The staff is perfect and very gracious. I spent the night there last night due to a flight cancellation and when I checked in, the gentleman at the desk said breakfast started at 7 and since my airport shuttle was at 7, he made a call and said there will be some items available at...

We had an overnight layover in Madrid on our way home. The hotel had a shuttle from the airport and free wifi plus breakfast. The room was very nice and the shower excellent. We were very pleased with our experience.

The bad news: this hotel doesn't have much character, it could be anywhere. The good news: it's a lovely, elegant hotel. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was probably one of the nicest we've stayed in in decades of traveling. The hotel has a convenient airport shuttle (the airport is about 15 minutes away.) The Madrid Metro...

My disappointing experience started days before I arrived at the hotel when I emailed to enquire about the airport shuttle, I received no response to my first email so sent a second one and was told to phone the driver upon arrival. I emailed back to say I didn't have a mobile, received no response, emailed again and was told...

We spent two nights in Madrid. This was a higher quality hotel than we usual stay in. Its proximity to the airport was a plus and the shuttle was prompt. The staff to a person were welcoming and helpful. Although it is on the outskirts, it is close to the Metro which makes everything in Madrid easily accessible.

Shuttle bus over an hour late. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Room flooded from shower. No room service - extra for this, food or other items e.g. adaptor had to collect not provided by staff. Later told this is not standard practice but nothing actioned/changed. Made clear (although visible) that disability makes it difficult - not experienced this in...

I stayed here for one night . The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice . We had dinner and it tasted like it had been frozen and reheated . It was not a great meal . The breakfast was ok but not great either . This hotel would be fine for a one night stay but...

The hotel is close to Barajas airport, return transfer free of charge, very nice rooms, excellent breakfast. During summer there is also a swimming pool. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends.

We choose this hotel as a gathering place for our business with about 40 people. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, breakfast plentiful. The airport shuttle was a little challenging. We waited about 40 minutes and then were the last ones on the bus as it was filled from previous stops. No problem taking the shuttle back to the...
