Our experience in this hotel has been top notch from check-in to check-out. We booked one of the Studio suites with a view (TIP 1: Book directly on the hotel website to have this option) on Christmas morning and sent a note to the hotel that we will arrive late, I was surprised how fast they replied and mentioned that it wouldn’t be an issue. On the day of our trip we filled a pre check-in form to make our check-in faster. We arrived at the hotel around 22:30 via the Metro (TIP 2: If you are carrying luggages and using the Metro use Plaza de España when arriving and Principe Pio when leaving, that way both routes are downhill), check-in was smooth and fast, upon arriving in our room we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and sweets!

The view from our room is awesome! It’s like staying at a luxury hotel without the sky high price! Initially I was afraid that it’s in the outskirts but no! It is actually the best place to be! Behind you is Templo de Bod, in front is the Royal Palace, Plaza de España on the side, Opera is 5 minutes away, Sol is around 10 minutes on foot. This area is peaceful at night and have a relaxed vibe during the day. You wouldn’t need to ride the Metro a lot because everything is accessible easily. The hotel is family friendly and a good choice for persons with disability. Parking is also just beside the hotel for those travelling by car.

One thing I’d really like to commend are the ladies and gents in the Breakfast area. They make sure the food are replenished even during the late hours in the morning, they don’t make the latecomers hurry so everyone gets to enjoy their breakfast and most importantly they make a connection to the guests! They greeted everyone and understood and remembered their preference. I love when I see this in any hotel, this is the type of hospitality that makes a hotel really good. In the New Year breakfast, it was understandable that everyone was coming in late, the energy was very relaxed, the breakfast manager greeted everyone who came in, and even asked one person (it’s just you today? -this type of understanding and remembering guests is amazing). She was very nice to everyone! I love it.

When we visit Madrid again, this is the only hotel we will book! Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our Holiday stay wonderful.

We had booked this trip prior to Covid to travel in 2020 but only able to travel again in 2022 and the hotel honoured our booking costs from 2019. The location of the hotel was great - within walking distance from the train station, rooftop view of the palace is beautiful. Was able to walk everywhere from here but was also on good transit route for metro, free circular bus, hop on bus and metro. We loved the fact that it has small kitchenette with induction cook top and great supermarket 2 minutes away. Found excellent flamenco show within walking distance as well as many restaurants, parks and places to walk and explore in the area. Room was spotless and front line staff very helpful. Would not hesitate to return or recommend.

I had surgery and had to rest for 16 days there. They let us do early check in and gave us a late check out (we booked through their website, it has benefits). It is 5 minutes walk to puerta del sol, close to subway and train station.
Don't miss their brunch on weekends, great food, good drinks, excellent music and beautiful view of the Palacio Real. Must be one of Madrid's secrets.
All the staff from reception to the cleaning ladies were really accommodating to our requests and had great attitude. The breakfast didn't seem like much, but it had everything we needed.
PS if you like art this place has a lot to offer, also has a car museum.

Our two-week stay at Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini was almost perfect. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed, the staff was knowledgable and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful, well thought out, and flawlessly executed.

Catia at the front desk welcomed us on our arrival: she was always contagiously cheerful and ready to assist. Pedro and Yadian were also outstanding at the front desk.

Victoria runs the breakfast room with charm, grace and as a consummate professional. The food is always fresh and replenished often. The offerings are diverse. The melon and pineapple were always ripe.

The decor is appealing and creative — well thought out and appropriate. There is a charming and cheerful mural running the entire length of the elevator shaft which actually enlivens one’s ups and downs.

The rooftop terrace offers superb views of the neighboring Palacio Royale.

In the sub-basement is an interesting collection of antique and vintage cars, including a rare Hispano-Suiza, which can be seen by appointment.

The best recommendation we can give for this little gem is that we look forward to coming back.

This is a small hotel located right in front of the Royal Palace. The service is very warm, and the employees always look into making you feel welcome.
My room was upgraded to a suite, and I was allowed to check out late.
The room is very comfy with USB outlets everywhere and a huge bathroom (with a vide) and a good-sized bedroom.
This hotel is all about location; it is next to the royal palace and the gran via.

We stayed for eight nights over the Christmas period and were made totally welcome. The hotel staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The cost was quite exceptional value for money. We had a suite which entirely met our expectations. We did not make much use of the cooking facilities but they seemed fine. The breakfast facilities were generous. The suite was cleaned every day. It was quiet and warm as was the hotel generally. The hotel is halfway up a not over steep hill on the west side of central Madrid. At the bottom is the Principe Pío Metro and suburban train station, which has a shopping centre and selection of restaurants, as well as the Manzanares river. At the top is the Plaza de España (which at the time of writing was subject to extensive construction works). The hotel is roughly seven minutes walk from each so there is no difficulty in accessing a wide range of public transport options. Behind the hotel is the extensive Parque del Oeste with the Temple of Debod and the cable car to the Casa de Campo. It's less than 20 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol in the centre of the city, and so close to as many restaurants and shops as you could wish for. We certainly want to visit again.

The reception staff were delightful, helpful and set the tone for what turned out to be a memorable & fabulous time in Madrid. At check-in, resturants, galleries and places to visit were suggested & I was reassured how safe & easy it is to get around Madrid. The advice all proved true & ensured I was in the right frame of mind for a wonderful stay. My room had a balcony & view of the Royal Gardens - which was great; but what made my stay even more special was being able to see the Owners' Classic Cars collection (20 in total!!!) - an experience money cannot buy, but being a guest of the hotel a privilege you can enjoy.

I booked through the hotel website. My 2 friends and I stayed in a triple room with no view. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. A shout-out to two hotel staffs - Catia and Angie. Both listened well and were professional, warm, hospitable, thoughtful and helpful. Catia was specially prompt and clear in responding to our email questions and requests that made our first visit to Madrid very pleasant. The hotel is in a good location that is just minutes away from good places to eat or landmarks. It was well lighted that we didn’t mind walking late at night. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of high quality food. The vintage car collection was impressive. The view from terrace was beautiful. We felt being well-taken care of while being away from home. Thanks to all!

My husband and I stayed here when we were on our last two days in Spain. We had a suite with a balcony overlooking the palace gardens, where we sat and had coffee/pastries in the morning, and wine and cheese in the evening. It was magical. The room itself was clean and modern, well designed, had plenty of space, was quiet, and had a small stove and refrigerator. Large, beautiful bathroom. We could easily have stayed for a week or more and been very comfortable.

We stayed here three nights at this hotel during our visit to Madrid. I found this hotel in a posted recommendation on the Rick Steves forum. Reasonably priced compared to other Madrid hotels.

The room was nice, modern, and roomy. We also had a view of the Royal Palace from our room!

The hotel also has a car museum and provides free tours to its guests, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The young lady (forgot her name, but she is in the picture attached) who gave us the tour did an excellent job...conducting the tour in both English and Spanish.

The hotel is not in the center of Madrid, but it is walkable to all the major museums. Royal Palace is right across the street. Taxis and Uber are quickly available and reasonable to get around town. There is a major mall a couple of blocks way (ask front desk) with plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast buffet was very good...a lot of tasty selections. The hotel also has a self service laundry facility (nominal charge), which came in very handy after being on the road for over a week.

One of the highlights of our stay here was attending a Flamenco concert at Flamenco Las Tablas, which is just two blocks way from the hotel. One of the best Flamenco performances I've been to...anywhere.

Staff here at the hotel was friendly and very helpful.

I would stay here again!
