This is a nice new hotel, clean, modern and reasonably charged. However, I find the hotel a bit on the far end of the attractions and shopping area. Which means when you are done with your shopping or viewing of attractions, you have to walk...More
This hotel recently opened his doors at Plaza España. It is close to loads of Asian Restaurant and walkable distance to Malasaña and Gran Via theaters. Staff was super kind and they do their best to make your stay the best.
Had a great time at this hotel. Location is amazing right in the heart of the city with everything at a walking distance. Many restaurants and pubs are just across the street. Had a lovely time here. We were four couples and were there for...More

Very central yet quiet, Excellent breakfast. Well laid out with, lots of fresh fruit, Breads and local produce.Staff are welcoming and capable. Plenty of good restaurants close by.All in all a great choice!

Just south of the sprawling campus of the Complutense University of Madrid, Arguelles exudes a fast-paced, collegiate vibe. The main street, Calle Princesa, is filled with twenty-somethings rushing between classes and errands, meeting up with classmates, and grabbing cheap beers and cheap eats. This is a prime shopping spot where the major Spanish clothing and department store chains are less busy than their downtown
counterparts, and there is an array of casual dining options to choose from. Check out nearby outdoor spaces such as the lushly planted Plaza de España to the south, which is often filled with craft stalls. To the west of Arguelles is the giant Parque Oueste, a calm and picturesque park with its own Egyptian temple.
