Just got back from a long weekend in Madrid staying at this hotel. Between us we have struggled to fault it - we were able to check in at 11:45am, long before the advertised 3pm check in time. Our room was spotless, with a great...More

Can't fault this hotel. Everything was great. Rooftop pool was fab and the views of retiro park were stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful and even upgraded us to a suite. It made the holiday really enjoyable. Close to bus stop and metro station.
