In line with Novotel standard, you know what you will find everywhere you go: friendly and clean and comfortable, yet not deluxe. Sitting walking distance from the Madrid Fair and 15 minutes shuttle ride from the airport, it also have an extremedly helpful staff always striving to make the customer happy; to the extent of finding the way to show...

We stayed in this hotel for our Madrid stay in the summer and it did not disappointed us. Excellent facilities, rooms equipped with their own coffee machine and all the essentials! Room service and laundry a bit expensive. It has a very convenient location, near the metro station Campo de las Naciones, which will take you to the city centre...

Due to fog in Bilbao and a cancelled flight, our only option to get home (only 18 hours later than planned) was to drive to Madrid and fly from there. This meant we needed a last-minute hotel booking and the Novotel Campo seemed to be our best bet. Booking via rather patchy mobile signal on the drive down was proving...

The hotel is below the average for being a Novotel. The room was big, but felt empty. I noticed that there were few complimentary items in the room, such as beauty kit, different type of teas/coffee, sewing kit.

Room - I'm pretty sure this hotel is 4-star hotel instead of the facility of wi-fi at the room veruy best and the decoration of the room modern and minimalist. - Most of the hotel in europe don't provide the amenities at the bathroom, we must ask the roomboy to deliver the amenities to our room and also for free....

We stayed here for three nights after our main holiday on the coast. The hotel is very well located to access the airport (very handy shuttle bus) and we made good use of the free on street parking in the surrounding roads. The metro stop is a short walk away which meant getting into and out of the city centre...

I like this hotel, is comfortable, clean, next to metro station(campo de la naciones) and the airport . the room service is good, the breakfast too. the only thing I did not like was not being able to use the pool area. it available only in the months of summer. unfortunate decision to october month.

It is a fair business hotel. The biggest advantage of the facility is the proximity of the airport. Rooms are well-furnished for short term business needs. If you are around the airport it is an OK stay for one night. I would go further to the city if you spend 2 nights or more in the city.

Stayed there in September while I was attending a conference. The rooms are nice and clean and its close to the Metro, so, not really far from the city center. They have a regular shuttle service to the airport and you can catch one from the airport to the hotel as well. The staffs were all nice and friendly. Clean...

While on business travel, I had to stay at the Novotel as it's close to the office (walking distance). The reception and lobby are good and inviting, the rooms are OK for not spending too much time there. The restaurant doesn't have a wide variety to chose from which was a bit disappointing especially since in the area there aren't...
