I stayed 4 days at the A C Carlton and really enjoyed my stay. I am a Lifetime Gold Marriott Rewards member and this is exactly the the type of hotel I look for when I travel. It is well run, clean, a great location and modestly priced. The location is great, two blocks from the Atocha train station and...

Location is great. This hotel seems popular for business events too. But I personally find the main revolving glass door not exactly friendly for tourist with big luggage. Firstly there are two small steps up and then squeezing into the revolving door is not a convenient way to make first impression. Nevertheless, the room, service, wifi, breakfast etc. are good....

Beautiful property walking distance to the train station and the museums. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The staff was exceptional; they were quick to give us suggestions for dinner & good advice on getting to the attractions we wanted to see

Overall good hotel with a nice location near the train station. 3 minute walk to the station. Room was good and we liked the shower/washing amenities. Elevators are very small. They fit 4 people max, and only 2 people with luggage. Front of hotel is beautiful at night. Breakfast was wonderful and had a wide variety of fresh foods. It...

This hotel is in a good location. It is close to the train station and many of the great museums with access to lots of good shopping and eateries. I liked the room. It was a king and was the perfect size for us. The bad - free wifi didn't work in the room which would make this a no...

I stayed with my partner at this hotel for 5 nights in December. We had a very nice room at the 7th floor and enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and well equipped. Prices of this hotel are reasonable and the location within walking distance of the city centre and access to metro...

We stayed here a night, mainly for its proximity to the Atocha train station. It is about a 10 minute walk depending on which exit of the train station you take. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Centro district. Very close to the Retiro park and museums. The quality of the rooms is updated old school....

The hotel room is big with full amenities. Checkin was fast and they didn't make us wait till 3pm for our checkin when we arrived around noon. It is just 5 mins' walk from the Madrid PA train station and makes a good base for our day trips to Segovia and Toledo. Most of Madrid's attractions are just 15 mins'...

We stayed for a quick weekend break in December 2016, caught a taxi from the airport with the fixed rate of 30 euro, transfer time was about half an hour with heavy traffic. Arrived and directed to room on first floor, room 006 which was just above the lobby and bar. The room including the bathroom was modern and it...

Stayed in this property for three nights. The room was small but the huge balcony and amazing bathroom compensated for it. The breakfast was decent. The housekeeping of the hotel was superb and the bed and pillows comfortable. The location of the hotel was good and we had a nice comfortable stay.
