From outside the hotel looks great and fancy, with a couple of bars and restaurants on the side, apart from the name which is written on a piece of paper and very hard to find. Reception looks cool but tiny, and stairs are inconvenient especially because everyone has luggage. The room smelled like smoke, and there were hair on the...

Hotel Mirador de Chamartin is a modern style hotel, with nicely decorated hotel rooms, with mini bar and flat screen TV. Clean room, with modern style bathroom and shower. Romantic ;-). There are some bars, restaurants and a supermarket close to the hotel. The hotel is not really close to the city center but it is located within walking distance...

It's a four stars hotel, but the roooms are not very big and the toillet it's quite small. However rhe breakfast and lunch alhought not impressive are quite good. There's also a terrace for the. Good parking for 14€/day. Decorations for the romos is modern and good taste. Not expensive, it can be a good place for a weekend or...

This is a 4-star hotel in Pinar de Chamartín, which is a 10-minute walk to Fuente de la Mora (2 stops to the airport) and Pinar de Chamartín Metro Station (20 minute to the center). It is a mostly mid-upper class residential area. So more suited for car drivers. As others have mentioned the hotel "works". There is nothing wrong...

What a shame. My boyfriend booked this as a surprise as a package deal from a local travel agent. We should have been worried as soon as we saw a supposedly 4* hotel with it's name cellotaped to the entrance on a piece of A4 paper. Nice looking reception, nice looking restaurant, nice looking room but on closer inspection everything...

This hotel was part of a short stay city break deal my wife and I booked. Initially i was a bit apprehensive having read the other reviews, thinking we were going to be miles away from the centre. Yes it is a metro ride away but 20 minutes maximum and you are in the heart of the city. We did...

We booked late for our trip to Madrid so we were pleased to find this modern and clean hotel although it was neither centrally located to Madrid City Centre nor easy access to airport. There are both Metro and AVE station nearby ... but this is more a location if you have your own car. We were lucky and found...

I loved this hotel. It was very modern and clean. We stayed on the top of the hotel so we had an extra balcony with a few. We could easily park on the street for free. The staff was very helpful. It is a good choice if you have a kid. We've been visiting Madrid yearly for a while so...

We stayed for 4 nights. Nice rooms, pleasant staff. Breakfast for €10.95 was expensive for what you got. Drinks at the bar were expensive but you are staying in a hotel so you will pay more. Location. If you want to be near the Centre of Madrid this is not the hotel for you. 10 minute walk to the metro...

Great place to stay away from the centre of Madrid and with relatively easy access (by taxi) to the airport. Staff on arrival were very welcoming and spoke excellent English, coping with my very poor Spanish politely and with genuine charm. I was surprised that the bar closed as early as it did. Midnight on a Friday night in Madrid...
