    Definitely recommend this hotel. Walking distance to just about all of the highlights of historical Madrid. Comfortable beds! Typical European breakfast with very good coffee. Front desk staff very helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

    I traveled to different cities in Spain as part of a university excursion and language immersion program. Hotel Sterling was a great place to stay to visit the city. Rooms a little small, but they were clean. I did not have much interaction with staff....More

    Nice hotel in the gran via area. Centrally located to all amnetties hotel. And staff are very friendly. Will definitely recommend for any tourist, backpacker or student. I wish I could've stayed longer in the hotel.

    It's quiet a long way you will need to get a taxi and it's a fixed fee for taxis from station of €20 but the cost of the fare is actually less but that's what they charge. Alternatively there is a metro service at a fraction... More

    you have to ask for one as the rooms are front or inside facing. Personally, as it is a busy street, I wouldn't want a balcony
