Good location near Metro. Rooms were big with plenty of storage. Bed was comfortable and rooms cleaned every day. The decor was a bit tired, bathroom door was rotting away at the bottom, bath was old and in need of re-surfacing. Toilet seat definitely had seen better days and should be replaced. The only interaction with staff was on check...

We stayed here for 1 night before travelling to another part of Spain. We booked it as we were travelling with our 5 year old. Great location and value for money. Parking was not inlcuded, but WIFI was - both worked well and easily Easy check in and check out The rooms themselves are tired looking, but we were comfortable...

Clean and nice aparthotel. - cleaning every day - close to metro station - friendly staff (the can from the coffee machine broke an they replaced it without extra charge) - bars for snacks close by - quite big rooms - little/no noise could be heard from the neighbors

I have been here several times in 14 years. It is not located in the center of Madrid , but at 5 stops from the Metro station Diego de Leon ( outside the hotel) , you can reach the center with the metro card in 10 minutes or the airport Barajas in 30 minutes very cheaply. It has a kitchenette...

I am giving it four stars, because there was really nothing bad with it. The staff were very helpful, the room was big and comfortable, it was clean. The location is quiet and it is well located just 1 minute from the metro station (Diego de Leon) - during the night the exit that is near to the hotel is...

If you're looking for a complete self catering apartment then you'll be disappointed with this one. The kitchenette has only a hotplate, microwave and fridge. There's no kettle, toaster, oven or a washing machine. Supplied utensils are bare minimum. At best it's useful for heating up pre-cooked meals. You'll also need to bring your own washing up liquid, sponge etc,...

We spent four nights at this place and enjoyed our stay. it is close to Metro (Circular line 6, 4 and 5) and grocery stores. Our unit was renovated with two good beds, big TV, and a kitchenette. The staff were friendly. It is not a hotel though. We used hotel`s shuttle bus to the airport and it was very...

I booked this hotel because of the good reviews on Expedia, also because we only meant to find a cheap hotel to stop over for one night (after Barcelona trip and before flying back to New York). I have to say you get what you pay for. Although the front desk was friendly, the hotel was quite old (I would...

My brother and I stayed here for four nights and it was a decent place. A little deceiving bc the lobby is super modern and the rooms are not. It's a little out of the way from the touristy stuff but the metro is right there and the metro system in Madrid is so easy to use. It's also close...

The staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel was quite modern and the room I stayed was very big and comfortable with rational price. Besides, the hotel is near the metro station and bullring.
