Umusic hotel is a beautiful, uniquely designed hotel located in central Madrid, making it easy to navigate exploring the city. The rooms were clean and well facilitated with everything you could possibly need - Marshall speakers were a great feature so you could play your own musical entertainment and make the room your own. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions. I would definitely recommend and visit again when I visit Madrid. The hotel elevated the whole visit for us.

Lovely place to stay! Great location, amazing break fast especially with beautiful music … make you feel even more special! Very clean and modern hotel and also combined with theatre, which for me was bonus as I saw Phantom of the opera! The hotel is very well located. We walked to every attraction. It's also steps to the Sol metro station, so very easy to get around. The room was small but well designed. We stayed for 7 nights for my wife's birthday. The hotel is in a really good central location, and the room was a good size and was on the 4th floor looking out on the street. I did contact the events team to help with a surprise for my wife's birthday, and they were really helpful and did a great job for me. Breakfast served was really nice and most staff were very pleasant, but not all. We stayed in september when they also had a business event on at the hotel. When there are events on in the hotel, staff are more focused on the events taking place than the hotel guests. This may be due to a lack of staff, but this was very noticeable, especially at breakfast. The level of service was poor compared to previous days, when there were no events on in the hotel. The breakfast area is situated next to where all the event attendees meet up. The breakfast area is normally a very relaxed quiet area, but not on this day (ESG summit) staff had to close curtains to keep the noise down and two areas separate, but people attending the event would just wander through the curtains, walking around the dining area looking for milk whilst hotel guests were eating their breakfast. This was poor and not expected for what we had paid for. After checking out, we waited in the lobby area until our taxi arrived. On exiting the building, a member of staff asked me for my room number, which I gave him, I said we were getting our taxi, he then asked me where was my taxi??? Which was waiting around the corner. These questions were not in friendly manor, and left a real sour taste to what had been a fairly pleasant stay. Nice location, nice room, but last interaction with staff member ruined it for me.

My partner and I spent four nights here on holiday, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hotel is truly unique—built inside and above a functioning theatre, with music videos playing on the lobby walls and an atmosphere that feels effortlessly cool. The reception is right by the entrance to the stalls, and breakfast is served just behind the amphitheatre entrance, making for an experience you won’t find anywhere else.
Breakfast itself is fantastic. A well-curated spread of fruits, cheeses, and hams, plus an à la carte menu with fresh juices, pastries, and even champagne—all included. Every morning, a live musician played while we ate, which was just next-level.
Because the hotel is part of the theatre, guests get reserved seats for shows, so you can just head downstairs and enjoy a performance. The staff were incredible, sorting out an amazing flamenco show in town, getting us free tickets to a live performance in the theatre, and handling every request immediately and effortlessly.
The rooms are high quality, well-designed, and packed with thoughtful extras—an extensive toiletry kit, slippers, coffee and tea, and a fully stocked minibar. One more thing: It’s a 16+ hotel, so no screaming kids running around, but drinks are served everywhere.
Next time we’re in Madrid, we’re staying here again. No question.

Umusic hotel is in a phenomenal location within walking distance of many of Madrid's cultural landmarks. The hotel feels very new but every staff that we encounter in this hotel are well trained, very welcoming, helpful and polite. The polished yet warm staff provides high-touch hospitality. Many thanks to Jamie, Honi, Miguel, Edu, Laura, Sufian and Vanessa for looking after us. Breakfast is amazing and the cherry on top is the live music. The entire experience was absolutely exceptional from the moment I entered the hotel as upon entrance I was greeted by the doorman who offered to take my suitcase to the check in desk around 10m away at which I was greeted by a welcoming concierge who provided me a glass of champagne whilst waiting to check in. At the check in desk, I had an extremely pleasant welcome from Carlotta, who provided me with some fantastic room upgrade options should I so wish, which her colleague Edu happily showed me each of the options in person to allow me to make my final decision on the room for our stay. The extent they both went to was above and beyond as even though their pool was closed and undergoing maintenance in the winter months which meant the lighting and all was off, Edu made the effort to contact maintenance to turn on the pool lights so I could appreciate the view from my room, which his colleague Javier politely insisted on carrying my suitcase to. Edu was amazingly friendly and easy to talk to which made me feel even more welcome whisky giving me a tour of the entire hotel along with explaining its history to me and on top of providing suggestions for restaurants he actually made the bookings for us as well. When I wasn’t at the hotel to welcome my friend, he took note of them and ensured he was on hand to welcome them whilst I was on my way back to the hotel so they could have an easy, pleasant as well as welcoming experience arriving at the hotel. There were always multiple members of staff on hand to greet and help no matter the time of day so I always felt I could just quickly and easily have any assistance if required. At breakfast, we were serenaded by a lovely singer performing acoustic versions of popular songs to start our day in the best manner possible, a truly classy touch. Having a theatre as part of the hotel was unique and seeing how professionally run the entire production was and how even a full house at the theatre didn’t impact the quality of service at the hotel, absolutely outstanding! Upon leaving, Edu personally came to bid us farewell and took my contact information to provide the best offers for the next stay. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had at any hotel and definitely the highlight of my first time in Madrid, will certainly be back.

The best hotel in Madrid total Luxury . We were welcomed at Reception by Saray & Dani with a cold glass of wine. Our suite was amazing and we had a huge terrace with loungers tables chairs and a shower. The breakfast was out of this world everything you could want best food I’ve ever seen there was also free bottles of champagne and vodka if you wanted to make a Bloody Mary. Everything was delicious, we were looked after by Jaime & Laila. Very professional and such pleasant people couldn’t do enough for us. They have an amphitheatre where Phantom of the opera was on it was so so good. Christina and her great experience team made us so welcome and went out of their way to make sure our stay was 5 star + We can’t praise them and all the staff enough we will definitely be going back there very soon. We have been to many hotels in Madrid but not like this one it is luxury 5*+. It was my wife’s birthday and they made it very special for her. We also ate in the hotel at night food was delicious and very reasonably priced as was the bar prices . Definitely worth a visit don’t even bother looking at other hotels you will never find one to equal this one.

I am not usually one for writing reviews but I couldn’t pass by raving about UMusic Hotel. Not only is the hotel in an extremely central location only a few minutes walk from lovely restaurants, bars, Plaza Mayor Square, transport and food markets, the building and rooms themselves are modern and tasteful.
Upon arrival, our bags were taken by concierge staff and we were brought to reception with a choice of refreshments. Reception staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had. We had enquired into an upgrade to our room which we were provided with due to the availability in the hotel. Not only that, we were provided with a free drink card each to use on the rooftop bar. We were extremely impressed with the little touches they thought of.
The room we were given was spacious, clean and well presented. The storage availability is ideal and had all the amenities we required for our stay. The bed was more than adequate and very comfortable after our busy day.
I would recommend this hotel to any friends or family and feel strongly about people taking this review as completely genuine. You will not be disappointed!!
