The hotel building was good, has a pool and garden. car park is indoor although the accessibility to the lobby from the garage is not good. overall it is very good choice especially if you have family and kids.

I have stayed here before, hence my return. The breakfast still has great choice, with a wide variety of hot and cold items. We did request a wheelchair accessible room, however the one we were provided with only got the wheelchair through the door, it would not go past the bed or get into the bathroom.

There are loads of activities in the hotel alone never mind surrounding areas. In the Novotel you can swim in a good size pool or play on Xbox connect or even use Apple Macs. In only 1 short bus ride you will arrive in the heart and soul of the city... Madrid city centre

It was only a night stay after our long trip from Portugal, Morocco and rest of Spain. After some souvenir shopping and exotic eating yet again at Mercado San Miguel, we checked in quite late and were tired, so the expectations was good beds, soothing ambience and this property didn't disappoint. The room was relatively spacious and had typical Novotel...

Its a modern Novotel similar to others in the chain although this does have a pool. It feels predominantly like a business hotel however we came as a family with teenage kids. What's good -facilities - the hotel is modern and is very clean and tidy. Nice bar area and restaurant - Pool - the pool was good, warm and...

As usual, Novotel offers a great family hotel with the Novotel Sanchinarro. The rooms are not so spacious but the beds are confortables. The pool is great for kids under the Madrid's heat. The food is also good but we did experience some issues when ordering for dinner. There were no meat balls in the spaghetti as mention on the...

Short stop (3 nights) at Madrid. Arrived to Madrid airport T4 and rental car was reserved in T1 (my mistake). Even when using navigator I first pass the hotel - the branch to the hotel will come very fast. Using online checkin - I just pick up the keys from the desk. Breakfast is good and contains several different items....

“Keep your bags and equipment ties together. This way the bags will not disappear. My carry on luggage was beside me and I was looking at my laptop, I turned and it was gone with the wind at the lobby.”

“Nice rooms are on top floors and with view on highway (yes, it is not mistake - windows protect against noise pretty well and view on mountains is great).”

“All rooms are the same really so it doesn't matter which floor you are on. Considering there is a multi- lane motorway in close proximity, the soundproofing is fantastic.”
